The difference in her behaviour on and off the clock is like night and day; on the clock, she's a sweet and charming lil kitten, eager to please and satisfy her client's needs, but once her shift ends, her personality does an almost complete 180.
Off the clock, Jinsoul is known to be somewhat cold and distant, or so she hears. And often times, she's known to be a bit of a blunt who has no tolerance for bull and annoying behavior, and she'll be quick to call you out on your if the situation demands it.
Despite that, though, she does have a warmer and more eccentric side to her, having an almost childlike and quirky perspective or outlook on certain things, and she can be quite the optimist when she's in one of her moods. When she's off the clock, and doesn't have her guard up, she can be quite the girly girl and a bit of a bubbly individual, who isn't afraid to show how much she values you, which many people seem to appreciate.
Whether she's at work or not, she's generally approachable, just either really guarded, or really loose. That being said, one should not hesitate much when trying to approach her. She can be very friendly, and would love to make your acquaintance.

Well Jia is basically sweet, spice, and everything nice. She mostly likes to be in control but will let that person control her as well whenever she feels like it. She is a chill person so as long as you don't get at her bad side, you is gucci.
