suggestions

- Maybe when admins message you on your wall the color of their names are different? or maybe have like an [admin] logo or whatever next to their name like we have in the online list and when they talk in rooms. This way their wall post messages don't go unnoticed [optimusprime]

- strike system; strikes next to your character if you broke a rule. [getschwifty]

- advertising thing aff has would be nice to have too. people could pay karma to get their rp advertised by the site and put under a spotlight for some period of time. [sevens]

- I wish we could move the rooms quicker, perhaps drag them up and down cause it takes forever to move 200 rooms up and down, one by one. [venividiamavi]

- Invite only rps [sevens]

- I wish The main admin could sometimes limit what the co admins can you, and how much they can edit and what they can see. like perhaps give them full access, or limited access to only certain things. This prevents one coadmin from having to do all the work by themselve while the other coadmins slack off. By assigning jobs to each coadmin while granting full access to the head admin, it prevents these issues and clearly proves which one gets their job done and which one does not [venividiamavi]

- Being able to color coordinate room groups [venividiamavi]

maybe allow a @name feature where you can type in someone's name and it'll tag - kind of like instagram - so you don't have to scroll through the entire "tag characters" list?
hitchhiker 6 years ago
also include another tab for (your posts) in rp rooms kinda like how the (just about you) tab used to be but exclude the tagged posts

make room posts more like onehallyu where instead of the current posts being 0 the posts would be the most recent pages
so that they increase in page numbers rather than post numbers (if this make sense??? basically like how the onehallyu forums work)

maybe when characters have specific rooms (like ones they requested for their characters; homes, etc), they can add whatever rooms they want to add to that specific room, if that makes sense? for example, if a character has a home, they can add 'kitchen' or 'bedroom' themselves whenever they need it instead of it all being in one room so it's not messy or confusing.

if a character has a gif as their dp, have it so that it can move in rooms

A easier way for admins to do activity checks. On bigger roleplays it can be difficult to see everyone's name and count who's participating on the clean out and not.

and also from the most to least active member

Most rp's have a wishlist, so maybe a wishlist already implemented that opens and removes character's by the masterlist? This way the updating on it would be pretty much automatic.

Also perhaps a thing where confessions can be anon without the need for any other site? but if this is able to be possible, there also should be a button or a way to easily cut the room away from the roleplay, since confession rooms can be a little too wild at times.

Reminder about giving less power to co-admins:

The admin that is active today is lacking tomorrow and so on, so its risky to leave the full power on tasks only to few people when the dynamics may change at any time due to ooc life/lack of interest for the rp and also there is the risk of having the main admin going inactive as well, which is the main problem to giving only most power to some, since then the other co-admins won't be able to do much more than what they were implied to do -- meaning that if the main admin fails to be active on the rp, the rp dies with it.

I can although agree on a way to give tasks and make this people have tools to work along, but there should be a way for this to be manageable in case the main admins get inactive.

Rooms automatically by a alphabetic manner, even if being organized within sections, so it gets easier to find rooms when they are a lot.
Mass edit of rooms, a lot of rooms take a long time to edit one by one.

to go with the whole "limiting what co-admins can do" thing, i was thinking maybe we could have an admin application of some sorts. like when you go to spply for a character, you have that text box and , right? why not have the same thing for co-admin positions?
