each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room
occupants are free to decorate their apartment however they please
rent for MOLLS is free
rent for apartments with one occupant is 730₩
rent for apartments with two occupants is 365₩ each
pets are allowed!
