Jobs/Races.
Races
Hymn - These are like humans. They are built similar in size and shape. They have no remarkable abilities compared to other races, and they require special items such as wands or staffs to use magic.
Jyinn - These are like humans, except with the ears and tails of wolf, as well as various wolf-like features on their face. They have excellent senses of hearing and smell, and have the ability to transform into a wolf at will. Like hymns, they need special items to use magic.
Kepal - These are similar to what many fantasy rpgs refer to as elves. They have pointy ears and sharp features. They are able to use magic without the use of special equipement.
Culpir - These are your beat-like people. They are large, furry, and mean looking. They have brute strength, but no magical abilities, even with the use of magical weapons.
Phenin - These are plant-like people. They have green skin and their bodies feature leaves and flowers. They can use elemental and white magic, but are not able to use dark magic.
Llibil - These are little people with large pointy ears. They have rosy cheeks and are able to move fast. Like kepals, they have the ability to use magic without special items.
Jobs
Warrior - The entry level standard fighting job. This job is popular among hymns and culpirs, and not so popular among llibils and kepals. Warriors are skilled in close-combat weapons such as swords and axes, but not skilled with long-ranged weapons like bows.
Ranger - The entry level archer job. Rangers are popular among hymns, kepal, and phenin. Not so popular among jyinn and culpir. Rangers are skilled in long ranged weapons like bows, and less skill with close combat.
White mage - Almost every person who selects this job is a kepal. That is not to say that almost every kepal chooses this job. It is also common among phenin. White mages are able to use healing magic and have almost no combat skills what so ever. Although they can use light magic to fight off enemies if they have to.
Necromancer - This is a popular job among jyinn and llibil. Necromancers have the ability to summon and battle with the dead. Necromancers are not very strong in hand-to-hand combat but should not be reconned with in areas with a lot of dead, such as graveyards.
Black mage - Black mages are common among all races that can use magic, with or without the aide of items. Black mages may not be skilled in weapons, but they are powerful with magic.
Thief - Thieves are common among llibil and jyinn. They are quick on their feet and fast to attack. They are good at sneaking around and are skilled at a range of small weapons such as daggers.
