@◐Wonwoo ᵒ Joshua nodded in agreement, already looking forward to tasting Wonwoo's cooking. He sighed and continued drinking, feeling as though he was dreaming, being with Wonwoo again, talking casually about their day and trying to be more accommodating than each other. "I should buy some flowers for the restaurant, it still feels a bit like winter, spring colors from the flowers should liven it up. Pretty like me? I would say I'm more in my late summer, early fall, than my spring. But thank you. I don't know too much about flowers, but I can definitely say you're perfect like spring herbs, light flavors that compliment and don't over power, incomparable to anything else." Joshua sat up slightly, clearing his throat. "How did things turn out for you?" Joshua was asking about whether the other was an alpha, beta or omega but he didn't want to be too obvious.

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ Joshua fell back onto the sofa with a content sigh, looking over at Wonwoo, before sitting up, to rummage through the bag. "We both worked a long day and I did kind of surprise you with my visit. I couldn't inconvenience you further by asking you to cook." Joshua pulled out two bottles of Soju and handed one to Wonwoo. "They say you shouldn't drink on an empty stomach, but I'll just sober with the snacks afterward." He opened the bottle and took a sip. "So how was your day?"

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ "Hello." Joshua said, smiling at the excited lit in Wonwoo's voice. "I got something for you too, if you haven't eaten yet." Joshua stepped inside the entry way looking around. "It's nice, homey." Joshua said smiling and admiring the decor while making his way deeper into the apartment. "Do you mind if I eat while we catch up, I've only managed to have a piece of toast all day. Being hungry at the convenience store is dangerous. But at least I have enough for the both of us."

My uncle and aunt are korean and German but my mama is German and ummm Uruguayan. I think she is Uruguay I remember from my dad telling me when I was little.
- I blinked a few times while looking over at you as I realized you might not have caught much. Following you in I glanced around the restaurant I have yet been in before happily taking my seat.-

*smiles reassuringly at you before proceeding to walk slowly towards the entrance of the restaurant, a charming smile gracing my lips as i greeted the clerk at the desk that soon escorted us to a table near the window*

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ Joshua arrived a few moments later, he parked on the street, pulling the bag of snacks from his passenger seat and walking into the building, checking the apartment number again and walking to the correct door. He rang the buzzer holding the snacks in front of the camera and laughing. He could hear shuffling behind the door and wondered if Wonwoo was tidying up, he rolled his eyes, hoping the other man knew he wouldn't judge his apartment state. But Joshua also secretly appreciated the effort.

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ Joshua smiled at the screen when Wonwoo referred to himself as great company. "Great company? Glad to see you haven't lost that boasting sense. Share your location, I'll stop by." Joshua sent the message with a smile, finding Wonwoo's comment cute. He got into his car, stopping at the convenience store on the way to purchase some snacks and soju, both because he hadn't eaten since the start of his shift and in case Wonwoo was also hungry. He scanned the aisles, deciding to buy snacks he remembered Wonwoo liked in the past, though Joshua wondered if the other man's palette had changed, but didn't contemplate too much.

@Soohyuk - I smirked in amusement as I could get the jist of what you had for say.-
Well you two have at least looks in common. Though I thought he was Chinese not korean?
- I tilted my head before holding your hand as i went to step out with my inside leg so it was impossible to see up my skirt.-

@○Estrella * i prepared myself for the moment i hasn't had in hundred of years by taking deep breaths and saying a small prayer in korean to myself as i parked my sleek black sports car infront of your house*

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ “Only person I’m buying flowers for is myself and probably my friend to congratulate her on her marriage. My love life isn’t blooming in spring, as some would say. But not like I’m seeking to smell the roses of romance anyway.” Joshua laughs before walking back the kitchen, preparing Wonwoo’s sandwich himself and applying the butter glaze on the top of his roll in the shape of a flower.

A few hours later Joshua’s shift had finished he pulled out the napking containing Wonwoo’s number and texted it. “Hey my shift just finished do you want to meet up?” Joshua was hoping that the other would be in the mood for company, but he had the next day off as well and didn’t have any plans.

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ “Yes, Nova feels quite large when you think of it as one large city with a surrounding suburb but it’s quite small compared to the mainland. You’ll eventually meet everyone here.” Joshua smiled listening to his friends mellow voice with a fond smile, before scowling when he stated he was just coping. Rather than doing well. “I hope those feelings will cease to exist. I will try to make you happier as well.”

“Flower shop, the place a few doors down from here? I can’t believe all this time, we had been so close to each other. Though it’d make more sense you’d buy a meal before I’d buy flowers.” Joshua laughs and stands up knowing the staff will complain if he’s away too long. “Give me your number and we can plan something. I’ll get right to making your sandwich.”

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ "A while is a an understatement. Its been years." Joshua said in amazement, in disbelief that they would actually be able to reconnect. Wonwoo's energy seemed brighter, though he still had the same sharp defined features, that Joshua was certain could give off the coldness he had identified as the other's signature essence.

"I could say the same to you, you seem to be doing quite well for yourself." Joshua laughed when he mentioned getting more than a good meal. "I wish could give you some good company, but I'm working right now. Do you have a phone? Or are you staying or working nearby, my shift ends in a few hours, I could come by?" Joshua looked around to see if any of the waiters were glaring at him for sitting down during their busiest hours.

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ Joshua was shocked to see Wonwoo. He had fallen out of touch with many friends and accquaintances through the tumultuous ups and downs of his early adult years. But he often thought of Wonwoo, he had yet present as an alpha, beta or omega, when they frequently saw each other. And he often found himself questioning how the other had turned out.

“It’s so nice to see you.” Joshua said placing a firm hand on his old friend’s shoulder, sliding into the seat next to him to catch up for a moment.

@◐Wonwoo ᵒ Joshua had been surprised by how full the restaurant was when he arrived. It was well past noon and there hadn't been any laxity in the stream of customers entering and exiting the restaurant. He was thankful, but also sympathetic to the front house staff that were forced to work more efficiently.

"Chef Rec, table 2." One of the waiters called over the counter. A chef recommendation was usually meant to change a customers menu selection from something more time consuming to make, or not readily prepared during lunch, to a more accessible and quick menu option. Joshua would go out and smile, laugh and recommend another menu option.

"Hello, I'm the chef, Joshua. While preparing your meal I noticed you ordered the mushroom soup, it's robust flavor note, would pair excellent with one of our select ciabatta sandwiches. While the carbonara is a classic it– Wonwoo?" Joshua leaned forward looking over the customer in shock, before smiling.

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Taking Irene's phone with a smile, the tip of Seulgi's tongue peeked out of the corner of as her thumbs tapped away on the phone's screen. After inputting her number, the younger pursed her lips while mulling over what she should put herself as in Irene's contact. She decided to be cheeky and put a bear emoji in the name tab then saved it. "Here you go," she grinned as she returned the phone to its owner.

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Shaking her head again at her father, Irene turned back towards Seulgi and nodded her head. „Oh don‘t worry, I think I can handle that..“,she smiled innocently at the younger. Her parents couldn‘t help but chuckle at the Kang’s exchange, knowing that they didn’t need to regularly check on their daughter as Irene would update them every other day.

„Oh sure, let‘s do that..“,she pulled out her own phone, giving it to Seulgi with an assuring smile before taking her‘s and put her number in.

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Seulgi hummed while nodding slowly and flashing Irene's parents her charming smile, "ah, I think it'd be the other way around," she waved it off and chuckled softly.

"Well I think that's settled then. I'm so glad that our daughters got along very well, buddy," Mr. Kang nodded, patting Seulgi's shoulder gently. "I expect to hear about your dates with Irene from now on, alright?" He leaned in like he was whispering but everyone could definitely hear him and Seulgi grew red with embarrassment but nodded nonetheless before turning to Irene with a shy smile and nervously held out her phone for the older to take. "I uh.. may I have your number, Irene? So it'll be easier for us to stay in touch.."

@◐Seulgi ᵃ Irene watched how Seulgi squished her cheeks, suddenly wondering if they really felt soft as they look like but knew that someday, she‘ll be able to touch them with her own small hands.

Her parents watched the Kangs interactions with a smile before their focus was on the young Kang heiress. „You have my blessing then..“,Mrs. Kang spoke up first, bowing her head back at the younger. Her father was silent for a few moments before grinning warmly at her. „Good, I put my trust in you, Seulgi. I hope my princess won‘t be a bother to you..“ At this, Irene scoffed at her father and shook her head. „Don‘t listen to him, I certaintly won‘t be a bother to you, Seulgi.“

@◐Joohyun ᵒ Seulgi made a face at the poke towards her bear-like features, unconsciously reaching up to cup her cheeks and squish them while muttering inaudibly under her breath before snapping out of it when her dad shook her, "hng?"

"You heard your lady, Seulgomi. Don't screw this up. You said that Irene is way out of your league but she didn't say no," she glared at the innocent look her dad pulled after throwing her under the bus like that then sighed softly before turning her attention to the Baes with a shy smile then bowed her head, "I promise I will look after Irene, Mr. and Mrs. Bae."

@◐Seulgi ᵃ She could see the surprise in her parents eyes, as they were used to their daughter immediately rejecting the chosen partner but this time was totally different.

„I noticed it, beside her bear-like appearance of course...“,Irene teased the younger out of amusement, nodding her head as she returned her gaze to Mr. Kang. „But I hope, she won‘t make me regret my decision on agreeing to this..“
