Oh yeah I knew that. Sometimes when I was alone in my apartment I shifted. When I first came here I went huntig with Niel and he made me catch rabbits for him. But I still seem to have a lot to learn. I'm sure even Sungmin could teach me some things.
Oh yeah, his boys are really sweet. They worry so much about their mama that it breaks my heart sometimes. He raised them so well. You really can be proud. I always knew he'd be a great parent.

Well.. As much as I would love to say that I'll gladly welcome him in my life.. I can't say that. He's Sungmin's father and he'll always be but Sungmin is my son too. I love him as if he was my own. Minho coming back would make things difficult..

Did you know how to be a wolf at least? The poor soul who couldn't shift when they joined got one hell of a hazing from his friend. It was quite brilliant to see the way Bobae made him learn his wolf side.
Jongin's boys are truly wonderful, and despite being hard on himself, he honestly is an amazing parent. I'm proud of him. He always wanted pups, always wanted to look after and raise them with all the love he can. That wolf has so much love in his small body.

And, perhaps that's how you feel.. But, given the position I'm in, and even prior to this, I feel every single wolf to be a part of this pack is a blessing. Some come, and some go. Those who struggle tend to leave soon, leaving their marks on those us who remain. But we are still pack. We who remain, are strong.

So you were worried I was one of those "wrong people"? I see.. well. I hope I'm not, after all. Jongin was my bestfriend when we grew up. My family didn't really care a lot about me nor did his so we clicked instantly. Besides my family he was the only other wolf I had contact with until he disappeared. Meeting him here was quiet the tearful experience- But I'm glad I have him back in my life.

I'll definitely help. We shouldn't just keep them save from prying eyes but also from mini fights breaking out. They all seem sweet and pieceful but you never know what might happen when someone else eats the strawberry you wanted to eat.

@Jaebeom Im (∝) Honestly? It's been a mystery to me as well over the years. Not many packs have a Supreme born, if any but the Choi lineage seems to be consistent with keeping one every generation or so. Sometimes, it can be frightening. As if drowning, while in the presence of Siwon. He can compel any wolf to submit, although he doesn't like to use that unless it's a last resort. I've been by his side since he found me, stuck to him like glue even when he had a mate before me, the Ultimate. Only a Supreme can keep the Ultimate in check.. Right now, I suppose we are lucky to not have an Ultimate, considering we have no Supreme to keep him in check.

Jongin has always had it tough. Siwon and I were the first real parents he felt a bond with, even though he isn't of our blood. He is delicate, like the petals of a ghost lily. With the separation he's been going through with Sehun, I was worried about him being vulnerable and still am hoping he doesn't somehow attract the wrong person to him.

I was planning on asking a few to come keep watch as well. The fields are a little close to the bay, and it's possible we attract the eyes of some from the mainland if they happen to look through the trees of our island. For the most part, we should be fine. Still, better safe than sorry. I've already planted some more trees to make a better barrier but nothing is perfect.

You haven't yet experienced the pack bond? Have you ever tried reaching out to someone through it? Perhaps, to start with, stick with people you're familiar with. I've noticed your friendship with Jongin. I was worried in the beginning. He's like a son to me, that one. But you and he seem to share a past. He would be a good one to practice on.

Again, with the brilliant ideas.. You're right. And yes the berries should be in season. I was planning on spending a day soon with the boys to harvest them. I might actually round up all the pups, make it a fun day for them. They can pick and eat all they wish, there's plenty there.
It's refreshing.. To have someone who has been among the humans in a livable way making these suggestions. I admit I'm too prejudice towards the humans due to the experiences we collectively share. And yet, they appear to be our salvation in some sense. I will make note of all this, and pass it on to Bobae and Suho as well so they can be kept in the loop of the changes to come.

Why don't we try to concentrate more on seasonal fruits instead of building a bigger glashouse? This is not tropical island after all. And bees can be kept in simple wooden boxes. I'm sure we have some scrap wood laying around for that.

And we do yes, I had to expand my initial herbology area once I'd filled my old chambers up with everything I was growing. Then it seemed natural to try my hand at fruit trees and such. The strawberry fields, I do quite love it there but that took a long time honestly.

Even if there's a chance, that would benefit us greatly! What sort of payment will be expected though? I can give you records of our current treasury. I'd rather not bleed us dry but if this can help us get reliable materials so that we can work on the produce and sales, we should be able to replenish the banks. Some ventures need to be taken for something long term.

There is quite an abundance of glass. Having a supply of sand does wonders with that. Perhaps Bobae can helo to draw up some plans for a much larger glass house that we can primarily use for beekeeping and fruits. Edible flowers too. If we keep them safe in a glass house, from most elements we can minimise the risk of losing them. Of course I'll need to work out a water system that keeps everything at a safe temperature and such but again, I can seek help on that from some of the wolves here..
A farmer..? I think perhaps you may end up more than simply that. With your plans to seek out that friend of yours, perhaps it would be wise to consider you as our treasurer.

Oh we do? I never stumbled across them thus far. I saw the strawberry fields of course but.. well that's good then! So food is not the problem? Metal, stones and treated woods..? I might know someone that could help us though I'm not sure if he would. I haven't seen him nor talked to him in years. My cousin has a quarry somewhere in the south. I could pay him a visit and maybe he can help with woods too. He's a pretty crafty dude. Maybe he could even teach me how to get a tree into useful wood.

I could make that work somehow. We could get some honeybees to make honey as well. That seems fairly easy as you just let them fly around to wiggle around in flowers. That could help with the greenhouses too. More bees means more fruits. I'll try to find a way to sell things without people knowing where exactly those things are from. Building barns for stock could be a good thing too. Let me organize some materials first so we can make things puppy save and then build some barns. Maybe some chicken coops as well. Damn who would have thought I might end up being a farmer.

We do make a surprising amount of our own. We do have green houses for the fruits to cultivate in all seasons as well as a firm supply of meat. We are fortunate in that sense. It is the non food items, of course. Clothing, crockery, seasonal needs and building supplies. Jongin and I were talking once about making the waterfalls a little safer in some areas by building stairs and a dedicated area that's barriered for the pups to not risk falling and so on. But that's barely the top. We need metals, stones, treated woods and so on. I don't know how Siwon did it all.. But it kept him from the island a lot, because he was venturing to get those funds..
Selling to the humans... To me that's fearful.. But perhaps there's a way to make it work, without giving away our locations.. For now, we have supplies and seeds to start a decent field of vegetables. And I can direct Bobae to building animal barns for some stock. While we have plenty of meat, I wouldn't mind having our own source of milks, and cheeses.

@Jihoon Choi - The Seer (β) I can help with that. I might not be very skilled yet but I'm willing to learn. Mmh.. I get what you mean but I'm not exactly jealous of your living situation. Why don't you move back to your old quarters when it's more comfortable there? I don't think anyone here expects you to live here. I get why you're worried and while I would love to have seperate housing with my mate I know the pack bond is important as well. The pack is family as well, after all.

So we need funds? It might sound silly but instead of buying those crucial supplies why don't we make them ourselves? I'm sure it's not that hard to grow potatoes and corn. We have enough wildlife on the island for meat supplies. So.. if we became a little more independent we would only need non food items from the mainland. I could try with a small field. Growing some things our own, maybe we could even sell them? I know humans love organic and pay a fortune for it

@Jaebeom Im (∝) I can speak with Bobae, ask that he expand one of the residential quarters to allow a moderate family living comfortable. I'm aware that I have it somewhat easy, with this annoyingly large manor to live in but honestly, the space is daunting. I spend most nights in my old rooms at the Beta area.
I'll speak to Suho, and see if maybe we can come to some sort of housing arrangement that allows mated pairs the pure privacy desired, but our only worries with that as I said is the fear of being too isolated from the pack. We are already small as is, I would hate to lose what little noise we do happen to get.

The Supreme was the one who poured finances into the island, but without him around, I've been at a loss. I need to find some funding, desperately, if we are to maintain the island as is, with the security and such.. I'm just relieved we as a pack don't rely on monetary value for our day to day lives, but everything comes from somewhere and if I don't work it all out, I'm afraid we might run low on crucial supplies within the next month..

He.. Is welcome to move into your room, or even you into his. It's even possible if need be to have your rooms renovated to make extra space. We do try to position the living spaces to have additional room if needed by knocking out walls to expand into an unoccupied set of quarters. Siwon... I mean, the Supreme, was quite adamant about having separate housing all together because he didn't want to risk a lack of pack bond which can happen.
It depends.. Are you open to one of you moving in with the other, and having the room modified to allow for space that's needed?

It started when I found out from Jongin that he got some threats from someone he didn't know. Jongin told me that something is after Doyoung. You must know who is he, right? So, Jongin told me that they said that if he doesn't follow instructions, Jongin will be paying the consequences. He said they're trying to use him and the boys to bring Doyoung out.
/takes out few pictures from the envelope that I bring with me, placing them in the middle of the table, the envelope contained pictures of Jongin, the boys with Doyoung where their eyes cut out, letting both of you see the pictures/
They gave some messages saying that Doyoung needs to go back, to go back to his old pack. Then, I found out from Jongin that Doyoung and Taeyong came from the same pack.
/stares at the envelope on the table/
Few days before I met Taeyong to find out more about the pack, me and Doyoung encountered something while we stayed at my mate's den. A very unfamiliar scent to me yet his reaction, how feared he was when he caught the scent showing to me he knews what it was.
