*walks over to the dock with my hands in my pocket and just stares out at the ocean. Takes a seat at the edge to let my legs dangle*

...Would you like to come onto the ferry? It's very safe, as long as you don't enter any of the rooms. There are sharp edges in there. /not exactly lying, but the reason I don't want you entering is because it's messy

@Xiao Zhan (Ω) /Hanuel gasps and he covers his tiny mouth, he bounces on his tiny feet at the idea of you driving the big ship. He giggles before tugging on my jacket while he points to the ferry/

@Xiao Zhan (Ω) -inhales the fresh air that wafts around us, I look up at the beautiful sky that is colorful to the point it looks like a painting. Hanuel, Leo, and Mark look at the water before they cutely look at the ferry then to you-
Hanuel: “Mister! Chu drive big ship??”
-he cutely asks before Leo giggles and waves in reply, watches as the boys waddle over to me. Humming happily, I smile brightly-

-pecks Seungmin’s cheek and I settle him down with his brothers, Hanuel looking at you, his curls bouncing gently and I gently comb his hair back, using a bobby pin to keep his hair from his eyes-
My triplets are turning one in December. Mark is my oldest. He’s turning seven next year.

@Jongin Kim (Ω) /only now looks about at the water and sees how it glistens in the sun, realises that the gentle gust of the wind is creating a pretty song with the leaves and yes, to my surprise, it is a lovely morning; even though something inside me won't let me fully enjoy it; it also reminds me that there is more to the world than the little mess going on inside my head, there is more, maybe I just need to practice letting the outside in and it would make things easier... maybe; a lot of maybes/

@Xiao Zhan (Ω) -my boys all stare in awe of the waters and then they see the ferry, Leo and Markie jumping up and down in excitement. Seungmin on the other hand looks terrified about seeing water this up close and personal. Easily picks him up and holds him in my arms to calm him. Hanuel and my other two boys stay close before I look to you, taking in your features I realize you must be the new ferryman. Smiles warmly before nodding-

We had a small night fright and my boys couldn’t go back to sleep so I brought them out. Hope I’m not interrupting? Names Jongin. These are my boys. Mark, Leo, Hanuel, and the boy in my arms is Seungmin.

/I stay frozen in my spot and observe the people approaching me, a man with a couple children- toddlers at most/
/my heart melts with relief and it shows on my face, my lips stretching into a warm, welcoming smile/
/I'm sweating a little and slide my hand down the pole to wipe it off, shuffling my feet as I straighten my posture/
/at this moment all I can feel is relief and anticipation, because you guys can distract me, help me forget and ignore all the things I don't want to face/
/wait, did I wash my hair? no, but thank god I washed it yesterday- it should be okay, it should be; what about my clothes? I don't remember when I last washed them but they don't look dirty, they should be fine too; I couldn't find any socks this morning so I'm not wearing any but I have boots on and I won't need to take off my boots so that'll be fine as well. okay, i'm fine. i look fine. it's ok/

-although it was still early in the morning, my boys were woken up by a loud sound that startled them. I was barely able to calm them and with no way of making them go back to sleep. I washed their bedding which they had an accident on, then washed their clothes. After feeding my boys some scrambled eggs and toast I could feel them with lots of energy even after what happened-
-dresses them up in their warm clothes and I start guiding the energetic pups around the residence then to the fields before seeing they're eager to see the boats-
-smiles and holds their hands, walking to the ferry-
This is how your mama and papa came to this island bubbas~ A nice ferryman brought us on his boat and they brought us here.
-walks with them-
Now. Stay close to mama okay?
-the boys nod happily, I look up at the ferry docks-

@Jongin Kim (Ω) /standing at the entrance of the ferry dock, waiting, it's early and the operating schedule for my ferry doesn't start for another hour but I had to come here early today
/there is so much that had to be done at home I couldn't be there for another second without panicking, but being here doesn't help either
/there is so much that I should be doing here too, some parts of the boat should be re-painted, other parts need polishing, the kitchen isn't operable and needs to be cleaned and the list goes on, there is so much to do
/theoretically, with another hour on my hand, I could do it now but I can't, I don't, and I really don't know why
/I hold onto a pole, with one hand only even though I want to grab it with both and scream
/my thoughts spiral down to the usual self-deprecating and I know I shouldn't think like this, I know that all that is holding me back is my mindset but somehow the knowledge that I CAN do it just makes everything worse
/my long hair falls freely over my shoulders and down to the small of my back
/I don't like how my hair is now either, I want to tie it up but I couldn't find a hairtie this morning
/at least I washed my face, brushed my teeth, yes, at least I did that- it's ok, I'm still ok, I'm trying
/bites down on the inside of my cheek and sniffles but then quickly shakes my head to get rid of the incoming thoughts, I don't want to feel sorry for myself, I don't deserve that
/I hear sounds, voices, and perk up, startled and surprised that people are already around

(no need to mirror the length, xiao zhan has a lot of depressing inner dialogue that usually goes on)

*with my mind completely distracted the next thing I knew was when arriving back to the island, exits the ferry boat briefly thanking the worker before looking around seeing the forest at the other side. Walks over to the parking lot near the dock to see my car still parked; however the only bad thing is that I dont have my keys after leaving most of my belonging back at the human city. Not wanting to give a call to my brother, decides to walk back home letting my legs drag my feet towards the alpha residence*

@Mark Lee (∝) @Jongin Kim (Ω) /is waiting for Mark to come out from under the dock, looks down at him and his expression/
'It's okay, Markie...I'm glad that I don't loss you here...'
/leans down and his head and and his snout, nuzzling him/

/gets on my feet, making sure that Mark is following me and using the other road that is a shortcut to the residence area, uses the pack bond to tell Jongin/
'Jongin, we're heading back now'

'I know he will and he must feel worried when he found out you guys aren't there...'
/stops and sits down, looking at Mark and nods my head/
'Yes, I'm sure. If he doesn't come back, uncle will go to human world and drag him back here. Come out from there, okay?'
/is sitting where am I right now, letting you decide to come to me or not/
'Your mama is worried about you and he's crying right now. Let's go back and wait for papa at home.'

/stepping closer to the dock/
