@Coconut Jeon Surfaces quickly, frantically wiping water off my face and pushing my hair back and out of my eyes. ".... Like strangling my husband." Hisses out the words with a little laugh, reaching up and dunking your head into the water. "You little !"
@° jiminie I throw my head back in laughter all while soaking you in the sea. Once you come back up and find your foot again- with my help- I circle my arms around you once more, pulling you close to me. I rest my forehead against yours, gazing into your eyes feeling a sense of euphoria. “Twenty minutes of being a Jeon , how do you feel my love?”
@Coconut Jeon Squeaks as your cold arms encircle my figure, gasping lowly at the feeling of my back becoming very wet. My heels drag against the sand, spotting cameras flashing and most of the guests laughing as they watch me be dragged to sea by my husband. "Ah!" Clings onto your arms as I am dunked into the warm water.
@° jiminie It’s too late for you to make your grand escape because in a matter of seconds I’m pulling your back against me soaking your clothes as well. We might have paid quite of bit of money, but I pay no mind to that little detail. I begin dragging you out towards the shore. “Your turn my beautiful husband, it’s not fair if I’m the only one wet.”
@Coconut Jeon Before your mother departs, I reach out and give her a tight hug, resting my head against the top of hers. "Thank you for bringing him into the world... and for allowing me the honor of caring for him now." I pull away from her, smiling as she moves along into the crowd. Fear strikes down my core as your voice reaches my ears-- but it's too late. "Babe I'm wearing white!!!" Shrieks and attempts to dart away.
@° jiminie “The boys are a bit rowdy, children I tell you. I hope you come to love us just as much as we adore you. Our Jungkookie is absolutely smitten, I’ll tell you that. Rightfully so.” She rests a hand on your arm, giving it the softest of squeezes and a huge for your mother as well before going off to talk to the other family members as well. A few moments later, I’m hauling back to you, soaking wet with sand everywhere. “Jiminnie, jiminnie, jiminnie.”
@Coconut Jeon Gasps in surprise as you are literally yeeted away from my side, turning with my mother and watching as you are quickly deposited into the ocean waters. A silly grin is stretched across my lips when the voice of your mother brings me to jump a little. Facing her, I blush a little bit at the comment by the woman, bashfully looking back sf you guys fighting with the waves. "I love it already, Ma'am."
@° jiminie Just as he sees Jimin taking his mom in for a hug , he feels strong arms wrapped around him. “IN THE OCEAN HE GOES,” his brother and his cousins carry a poor defenseless Jungkook from the alter all the way to the ocean where they throw him in the salty water. His mother just laughs, shaking her head as she watches the boys wrestle and goof around. She diverts her attention away from them but to Jimin, also going over to greet him formally into their family. “Welcome to our family, darling.”
@Coconut Jeon Jimin presses a few extra pecks to his husband's lips, laughing as arms sweep in under him and lift his petite figure off the ground. "I love you so much /more/, Jeon Jungkook." Our little moment is short lived as the teary sobs of my mother reach my ears. Beaming brightly, I wiggle out of Jungkooks arms, engulfing the tiny woman in a fat hug.
@° jiminie With rings on both their fingers, their lips meet as a symbol of becoming one. The guests erupt in cheers, some whistling and hollering, others crying at the display of love between the two. But it’s all toned out to Jungkook. He swoops down, hooking his arms under Jimins legs and picks him up gleefully returning the kiss. “I love you so much, Jeon Jimin.”
The resounding chuckles at the little slip up bring Jimin even more joy as the ring is pushed onto his finger. He had worn less jewelry than normal on his hands just for the occasion, wanting the wedding band to stand out and be the star of the show. A smile that could blind the sun itself sat upon his lips as the attention turns once more to himself. "Jimin, do you take Jungkook to be your wedded husband, to live together in marriage? Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, and forsaking all others, be faithful only to him, for as long as you both shall live?" He did not even blink, pushing the ring softly onto Jungkooks finger, and placing all of his life behind the next words he spoke. "I do." The officiator smiles grandly, nodding in pleasure and speaking his final words for the ceremony. "With all the power invested in me, I now pronounce you husband and husband. You may kiss the groom." Jimin felt as though his heart was about to leap out of his chest. His feet awkwardly carry him forward like he had been wanting to for the entire ceremony, pushing himself against his husband with a fresh round of tears making their way onto his shirt. He reaches up and cups Jungkooks cheeks, lightly nuzzling their noses together before pressing his lips to his loves.
@° jiminie Once the ring bearer arrives he looks between the two with a smile and sets the rings on the podium that sets in the middle and moves himself out of the way. “Jungkook, do you take Jimin to be your wedded husband, to live together in marriage? Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep her for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, and forsaking all others, be faithful only to him, for as long as you both shall live?” With all the confidence i’ve ever had in my entire life I say, “Yes.”
@Coconut Jeon He was officially sobbing like a baby at the alter, his fingers damp from wiping at the crocodile tears repeatedly. Naturally, his husband had pulled a beautiful set of vows out of nowhere-- that golden talent of his shining through per usual. It literally took all of my power to not throw my arms around him, softly hiccuping and reclaiming his hands in mine. "You always know how to make me cry!" Laughter sounds throughout the ceremony, and with a watery giggle, I turn back to face the officiator. Things move along sweetly from there, a sense of joy and happiness surrounding the entire beach. No sooner than our vows were exchanged, and we were watching the ring bearer make his way down the aisle.
@° jiminie His heart is full, so so full from the love that keeps continuously increasing for the man that spoke. All he ever needed was for Jimin to know how much he loves and cares for him not only through words but actions as well. Hearing it all now at once makes his chest tightens a bit in the best of ways as warmth spreads throughout his stomach. He reaches his free hand out, wiping away the tears that fall down Jimins cheek with a gentle caress of a finger. They all give Jimin a moment to collect himself though Jungkook knows he’ll be crying again shortly. His little cry baby. The attention is now on him and he clear his throat giving the guests a sheepish smile. “I won’t lie and say I rehearsed this a million times hoping to get it right. That’s simply not how I roll. My life is totally winged filled uncertainty and just following my heart with no set destination. But that changed when I met Jimin.” He turns his attention away from the audience and back to Jimin. His gaze, a window to his heart and soul that bleeds nothing but love for the other man. “When I met you, I knew I needed to have you. I had to or I was going to go insane, I kid you not. Even before we had gotten together, it was always you you you. It took a lot longer than I had intended to finally man up and make you mine. I’m rather slow and I think anyone who knows me can testify that. I’m slow but for you I fell so fast and so quick. There’s this part from a poem I really like and it’s literally the only thing I rehearsed for this moment. It goes like;
‘You see, I’m gonna be honest, I’m not much of a love poet. But if I was to wake up tomorrow morning and decide that I really wanted to write about love, my first poem… It would be about you. About how I loved you the same way that I learned how to ride a bike. Scared, but reckless. With no training wheels or elbow pads so my scars can tell the story of how I fell for you. You see, I’m not much of a love poet. But if I was, I’d write about how I see your face in every cloudy reflection in every window. You see, I’ve written a million poems, hoping that somehow, maybe some way, you’ll jump out of the page and be closer to me. Because if you were here right now, I would massage your back until your skin sings songs that your lips don’t even know the words to. Until your heartbeat sounds like my last name. And you smile like the Pacific Ocean. I wanna drink the sunlight in your skin.’
“It represents perfectly how I fell for you and how deeply in love I am with you. You’re my today and my tomorrow. My now and my future and I vow to never let you go Jiminnie. You’re the water and sunshine that helps me grow. I vow to love you endlessly and senselessly, to protect you and to nurture you, to help you and stay by your side and fight. It’s not always going to be easy, I know. But what will be easy is picking you over and over and over again. Always and forever.” I finish with a shaky breath, eyes glossing over with tears but I don’t let them fall.
@Coconut Jeon Honestly, the vows he had so meticulously memorized were gone. There was hardly even a trace of them in his mind as the attention lands on him, the crowd and officiant ready to listen to his proclaims of love. Taking in a deep breath, Jimin takes Jungkooks other hand and gives his best warm smile before beginning to speak. "Oh man... where do I even begin? Honestly I never thought I would be here, standing before the man of my dreams... sharing this moment with everybody I love. There is so so much that I could say about this man before me, and what I will do for him in our future... but I'll have to pick and choose or we will be here all night!" He gives Jungkook a soft squeeze of the hands, raising one of his petite fingers to dab away a tear threatening to escape. "Jungkook.. it is clear to me now that everything in my life has led me to you - I think back on all my choices, accidents, and mistakes, and consider even the real embarrassing and bad ones blessed, because if I had done even one thing differently, I might never have met you and become your husband. Part of my biggest struggle in life is my self image. I always tear myself apart... and you every time have been there to shut those toxic thoughts down without a moment of doubt. You are my entire world and will always be. I love you utterly, completely and madly - I love the way you look at me - I love to gaze into your eyes -- I love how even when I am being absolutely crazy, you never hesitate to give me every ounce of yourself possible. You are my rock, my Knight in shining armor... and the reason I have kept on going for now and many many years to come. I promise to be the best friend for you to cry to, the doctor for when you are ill, and the loving husband for when you are needing me. I vow to repay your love and selflessness all of these years, and for all the years to come through pure love and complete trust. I will be there for you no matter the consequences, non matter the issue... because no matter is bigger than us." Breaks off after finishing what I was hoping to say, raising my hand yet again to try and control the tears that were now very much rolling down my cheeks.
@° jiminie Jungkook squeezes the smaller hand of Jimins, he notices how the tears well up in his eyes. He wants to scoop him up right there and plant a kiss on his plump lips, tell him how much he loves him. It’s such a surreal moment as the officiant keeps talking, this is truly happening. The idea of love and marriage were all fleeting thoughts before he met Jimin, then having a future with the male is all he thought about. “You may now share your vows to one another.” Jungkook can’t lie and say he’s practiced because in reality he hasn’t and that only adds to his nervousness, just like anything else he’s ever told Jimin , it’s going to be a bunch of word vomit.
@Coconut Jeon Jimin cannot help but to reach out and take one of his fiance's hands, listening to the officiant speak with a keen ear. His mind mentally recites the vows he had been practicing for a few weeks now, knowing the moment to recite them would come sooner than later. As the officiant turns to them and begins to go over the basic vows, the promises and weight of the commitments they were making.. reality seems to sink into Jimin. He blinks frantically as tears cloud his vision, feeling... pure happiness fall onto him all at once.
@° jiminie “You come here often?” He whispers, eyes sparkling as he stares back at the love of his life. The music finally cuts and the ceremony really begins. The wedding officiant begins to speak, “Dear friends and family, we are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the union of Jimin and Jungkook in marriage. Through their time together, they have come to realize that their personal dreams, hopes, and goals are more attainable and more meaningful through the combined effort and mutual support provided in love, commitment, and family; and so today, they will begin their life together, as husbands.”
@Coconut Jeon It takes everything in him to not run and embrace the gorgeous man standing beneath the stupid blue fabric that had been so painstaking to put up. He wanted to grab him and hold him tight, so so tight forever. His grip of his father slowly loosens as he reaches the end of the aisle, leaning in and pressing a kiss to his father's cheek before moving to take his place across from Jungkook at the alter. A small laugh slips past his lips, gaze roaming over his fiances clothes and planting itself right on his face. "Hello stranger... " He calmly whispers, lips curved into a large smile.
@° jiminie Jungkook is positively sure his heart stutters when the music finally hits. He lets out a slow breath watching his beautiful husband to be walks into view. Jimin looks absolutely beautiful, as always, and Jungkooks just not sure how he managed to get this lucky. He was Jungkooks lover, best friend, his support system, his rock- everything rolled into one. He’s his future. Everything that he’s ever wanted is staring right back at him and it’s an overwhelming feeling to know he’s going to have this forever for as long as they both shall live. When Jimin arrives to the alter, he can’t help the wide toothy grin that shows itself. A smile only reserved for Jimin only.
Jimin hadn't felt this nervous in a very long time. He knew he was probably causing a lack of circulation in his Father's arm with how tightly he was clinging onto him. It wasn't like he was nervous about how it would end... but he was nervous to finally be at this stage in life. He couldn't believe he was actually going to go out and marry the love of his life. Just as he was about to really lose his mind-- he heard the first opening notes to his song. It was his cue. With a little tug from his Father and a cheery pat on the back from his stylist, he steps out into view. All eyes were on him, but his eyes were on his Jungkook. Carefully, he begins to make his way down the aisle, ripping his gaze off his soon to be husband and glancing around at his family and friends.
@° jiminie His makeup was all finished and so was his makeup. The nerves have finally set in when one of his cousins peeked their head in to inform that the wedding ceremony is ready to start. His mother takes his arm giving him a reassuring look. “I will chew is out once I get back home. Let’s get you married for now my handsome son. I’m so proud of you.” The traditional wedding music starts and they begin to walk out and down the “aisle”. It’s rather packed, all their friends and family from the entertainment industry and from their hometowns alike. He flashes a bashful smile at those he makes eye contact with until he reaches the end of the aisle where he kisses his mother and seats her in the front row. He takes his place at the alters, taking a depth breath in the moment of silence. Everyone is facing towards the back now, where everyone is excitedly anticipating Jimins entrance- especially Jungkook.
Yoongi arrived a little later on, wearing simple but smart attire while he supports his two friends on their special day, a smile curving onto his lips right away at the beautiful sight laid out before him, going to find his seat to wait for the main ceremony to take place eagerly.
Jungkook is in the middle of getting his attire fixed and read when he’s informed his father will not be coming today. His heart sinks a little at first , but the feeling of disappointment is fleeting. He’s getting married today to the most beautiful man in the whole wide world whom he loves dearly. Nothing can ruin the happiness he feels right now, not even his fathers absence.
Gently takes hold of his mother's hands, guiding them away from where they had been fluttering about his suit jacket with a little whine. "Mom, it's perfect. I'm beginning to think you're more nervous than I am!" A gruff chuckle sounds from where his father sits in a chair, reading a brochure about the island. "That's because our wedding was tint compared to this-- it has an indoor arcade! In the middle of the sea!"
