☓ Ivyaki Lore
#1. The Isles of Ivyaki are unseen by anyone that doesn't live on them/hasn't been called by them. They can't be found on any maps either, digital or otherwise.
#2 The island does strange things to residents over time. You forget all about your previous life while on the island. Over time, you gain little bits of memory from your past life but they go away just as quickly as they come. Residents also begin to gain powers over time due to the radiation of magic from the mountain.
#3 These powers vary depending on which island you live on and you have to live on the island long enough to gain powers, much like how chemical radiation doesn't take affect right away. There are three islands in Ivyaki: Ferox, Superno, and Viribus.
#4 Ferox - suburbs, medium-sized town - powers that lead to physical change or the ability to physically change at will (general shape shifting, wereism, etc.; also means mpreg and lespreg are possible but only if you live on this island)
#5 Superno - small village - powers that affect or stem from the mind or soul (telekensis, telepathy, mind reading, precognition, empathy, etc.)
#6 Viribus - big city, home to the mountain - powers that are more tactical (elevated strength, speed, laser vision, etc.; essentially the more offensive powers)
#7 Five (5) years after living in Ivyaki, you are given your memories back in full all at once. You have the decision to leave or stay on the island at this point, the previously veiled exit being made clear.
