what is the virus? — the virus is an infectious disease that develops its host's body to mutate them into an aggressive, inhumane monster. it takes ten years for the virus to develop completely, before killing its host and turning them into the undead.
how long has the virus been active? — the initial outbreak happened 15 years ago, and the second outbreak 5 years ago. the current year is 2027, 5 years after the fall of ansikjeo.
how do you kill the infected? — LIKE ALL OTHER ZOMBIE FRANCHISES, YOU CAN KILL ONE OF THE INFECTED BY DESTROYING THE BRAIN.
how do you get infected? — infection happens when the saliva of an infected mixes with your blood. as long as your blood remains inside your body, then you won't be infected.
what are the outside rooms for? — all the stores and areas outside the motel are abandoned, with possibly a few of the infected wandering about. this means you can rp going on supply runs and possibly encountering some of the infected.
what happens if an infected person dies before ten years pass? — the person will still turn into a zombie, but they won't be as strong and as mutated as a person that stays alive for 10 years before becoming a zombie.
does my character know who's infected and who isn't? — that depends! infected characters can choose whether or not they want to reveal their infection to other characters. if you have history with an infected character, then your character might know they're infected. however, unless both of you agree on this ooc, then assume your character has no idea who's infected and who isn't.
