@taehyung kim. Her foot flinched when his foot touched hers. Her ears strawberry red with embarrassment. This is not the moment she hoped she’d reveal herself to him and this irritation in his voice was not the reaction she thought she would get, upon doing so. She cared for him and she took care of him when he was younger. Not that she’d talk to him before, but even so. You’d think food is the way to a man’s heart, but she was met with distaste.
She huffed, trying to look unabated by his reaction to her. She stood up and orbed away and flashed back dry in less than a split second, obviously displeased.
“Aish.” She pouts, straightening her now dry clothes, frowning. “I wouldn’t have thought you’re also the ungrateful snob that your father was.” I huffed, arms crossed in front of you. One can almost feel her fuming, seething with anger, but rather than the scary kind of anger, it was one where the next logical state was tantrums. Funny how, this darklighter claims to be centuries old when she was acting like a childish brat in front of the demon in front of her, the one who she had the audacity to call young boy. The irony of the situation is lost on her.
“I guess this how you thank me, huh?”
“I guessed you need to be taught manners. Aigoo. I can’t believe this.” Arms still crossed. I breathe in. Luckily, the people of SKO had no care in the world, and is not the type to crowd over anything. Satan himself can fall from the sky and they wouldn’t care, not one bit. So the commotion right now is no big deal to anyone, except the two.
@yoojung choi. taehyung's tracks had stopped the second something fell in front of him; he was surprised, really surprised seeing the street was mostly empty and it came out of nowhere. his eyes found a wet being sitting in front of him. he took a couple steps back, squinting for a moment as it seemed like he knew who this was. it took him a couple moments to see her clearly.
the male wasn't sure what he was supposed to feel seeing he had understood someone was following him and to see it was her, out of all the people had him feel quite... mad. taehyung exhaled loudly, taking a couple steps back, this didnt make any sense. she used to be his father's right hand or whatever the heck she was, she was always around him, professing his love to him who never cared for anyone but his son's mother. anyone associated with him made taehyung want to vomit. his father had turned out to be the worse disappointment of his life.
''what do you want'' he asked, kicking his foot out to touch her wet foot, hands stuffed in his pockets as the sunglasses hid perfectly well the colors behind it. ''be quick, i don't have all day.'' he continued knowing he could've just ignored her who brought the trauma back to him, memories he would rather forget.
@taehyung kim. Yoojung didn't care for the boy. She isn't really worried for the young boy whose eyes betrays his feelings on his sleeves. She shouldn't care for the boy. The boy wasn't her ward, he's not even a warlock, and she's never heard of a Darklighter with a ward that isn't a warlock. He was a capable young man, even more than his father and he certainly did not need her protection. He was probably doing some errands. All of which doesn't explain the fact that she has been following him around the city for the last few hours.
She wasn't really the most inconspicuous person on sko, darklighters has certain glimmer about them. But she tries her best hiding behind corners and things that can obscure the boy's view of her. She was tempted to just orb everwhere but she finds the appearing and disappearing into smoke does call more attention to one's self, more than just simply walking after the boy.
If everything else fails, she would just poof into dark smoke pretending like it never happened. She scanned the boy. She had forgotten how much time had passed, and standing on the same ground, she'd realised that he's grown taller than she is now.
She's never been the careless type, but as she pondered, distracted, and nervous, she made a careless mistake. She stepped on a three headed canine's tail, and she fell startled on a tub of water. Drenched and panicked, she immediately orbed.
What you ought to know about orbing is that you end up where your thoughts are. So that's where she'd end up, right in front of the young man she has been following.
@yoojung choi. taehyung had put on his sunglasses, he hated walking around in public especially in the city as he had a hard time getting along with whomever. it was just not in him, getting along with other creatures or at least not ever since he turned into a demon. sko was indeed a dark place and he hated giving reasons for other creatures to come towards him and attempt just about anything. the sunglasses he wore helped him hide his eyes, the eyes that so easily showed his weakness; his feelings. dispite always bringing his shadows around to explore with him he decided to leave them behind that day. he didn't need anyone knowing what they were. they knew too much, or so he thought.
