⠀⠀ pet shop

@nayeon im. Joohyun didn't even notice that Nayeon had petted her tail as it was such a common occurrence for her as everyone that came in contact with her ever since she was little was always wanting to pet her tails or her ears as they were either curious about if they were real, or just to feel how soft that they were. Joohyun gave the younger a smile as she nodded as she looked around the shop. "Well, I am sure that more people will come to the shop soon!" Joohyun said as she smiled at her. Joohyun tilted her head, "Well you've always got me to hang out with you know! Just come drag me out of the rice cake shop or the temple. I have got other workers and a little fox familiar that I can disguise as humans and they run the shop pretty well," Joohyun answered with a nod.

Joohyun frowned a bit as she knew a little bit of Nayeon's past but not the whole story. She wasn't exactly sure how to answer that as she had lived in nkri all of her life, born here, and raised here by all of her siblings. "Well, I am sure you can visit there, can't you? Hopefully that you can, maybe one day or maybe I can sneak you in? I mean, I can move between the worlds if we are super sneaky and don't get caught - I haven't yet!" Joohyun mischievous gave Nayeon a smirky smile. Joohyun nodded in agreement. "I am usually your most regular customer when you get foxes or other little creatures that would have a better life at the shrine. The koi fish that I bought from you are doing great in the pond by the way," Joohyun smiled as she peered to the little aquarium that she had pointed out. "Ah, he's so cute," Joohyun exclaimed with another smile.

"Oh, me? What have I been doing?" Joohyun asked as she looked at her. "Oh, you know the usual - keeping the rice cake shop and temple alive - we haven't had many visitors but I think soon that we will when everyone starts coming to pray for their families or something - whatever ya know. I've also been working on some new wishing tiles to tie to the wising three at the temple, and of course - giving my typical readings and tarot card readings to wandering visitor," Joohyun nodded as she shrugged a bit. "Have you gotten any new interesting pets in?" Joohyun asked

@joohyun bae. nayeon had always been fond of animals, the fact joohyun had a tail made nayeon almost squeal in happiness. she gently pet it, eyes sparkling with happiness. ''it's okay'' the female brushed it off, smiling quite widely before waving her hands in front of joohyun's features. her eyes scanned the surroundings, pouting just slightly at the fact the store was empty; it had been like that for a couple days 'honestly? it has been pretty quiet, if it wasnt for me and the little guys i guess this place would always be quiet'' she muttered, frowining a bit ''nkri is nothing like fos, sometimes i miss it'' she muttered, bouncing backwards only to float in the air, crossing her legs as she sat down. joohyun knew of nayeon's past...well, partly.

''nkri is cute but honestly there's not a lot of people...creatures-- who look for pets, it's sad. but hey, theo recently learnt how to sleep upside down-'' nayeon chuckled, pointing at one of the little lizzards sitting inside what seemed like an aquarium. ''i found him sleeping upside down yesterday, i'm not very sure what got into him, really but then again, i guess not a lot makes sense. anyway, what about you, how have you been?'' she curiously looked back at joohyun, smiling softly.

@nayeon im. Joohyun had been busy all morning doing her routine chores, which were really chores at all really. She hates to even call them that but she was simply just getting around doing some stuff that she needed to do. It was more like her going on adventures to different places and causing a bit of fun throughout the day as she got bored quite easily if she wasn't at the rice-cake shop or the shrine but she wasn't working today. She decided that she would go to the pet store today to visit one of her good friends and maybe they could go and do something together. Plus, Joohyun loved looking at all of the animals that Nayeon had for sale. She opened up the doors to the pet shop as she smiled at the girl that was greeting her. "Hi, Nayeon!" Joohyun chirped as her ears perked up a bit as an ash-gray tail swayed behind her.

"I know and I am sorry about that," Joohyun moved her way over to here Naeyeon was as she smiled to the girl. "I have just been busy with the rice-cake shop and the shrine - but today is my day off!" Joohyun beamed at the younger girl as she looked at the cute animals all around her. "How has the pet shop been?" Joohyun asked as she looked at the other.

@joohyun bae. a soft sigh escaped nayeon's lips as she found herself staring at the bunny caged in front of her ''i know it's such a pretty day outside'' she muttered softly, jutting out her bottom lip into a small pout; there had been no customers so far though the day had barely even started. she genuinly enjoyed taking care of animals therefore it was no surprise to anyone that she had gotten herself to work in such place. her eyes flew across the room to find a little hamster, looking quite desperate. she chuckled ''lili, don't be such a drama queen, i fed you ten minutes ago!'' she continued only to gather a small amount of food to feed the poor animal.

she was however, surprised to hear the door open, it had her turning around to meet a female, lips ripping into a wide smile ''good morning!'' she cooed, placing the food on the hamster's small bowl before moving to greet joohyun who had just walked in ''i havent' seen you around for so long!''
