The section of the city where the bulk of the Demons who live in Atlantis reside is named after the pristine, reflective black appearance of the majority of the buildings constructed there. Rising like ebony pillars from the streets below, these skyscrapers are sleek and futuristic looking though many have been there for thousands of years. Made out of an unknown material brought from the Infernal plane, these structures help the creatures who built them feel more at home. Located within the district, the Tattoo Parlors, Host Clubs, Strip Clubs, and Lounges that seem to dot every corner draw in plenty of business.
