@α Kim Jongin Dating humans was... Frowned upon in circles like the one Taeyoung belonged to, but he also really couldn't be bothered by it. He was going to date whoever suited his fancy at the moment, and this time, it just so happened to be a pretty college-age girl, transferred from Japan. She was the perfect balance of cute and y, sweet and smart, and definitely enough to keep him on his toes. She'd mentioned another guy in her life - and to Taeyoung, that was just fine. It's not like they were having threesomes (though he wouldn't be opposed to that), they were just two guys, dating the same girl. He was dating another guy on the side, anyways. Love was love, and when there was too much in your heart, you simply had to spread it around. That's what the beta male thought, anyways.
So tonight he had picked her up, and brought her to his favorite cafe for a little late night treat. She'd been studying all day, so she said, and needed a break. She looked tired. Hell, she could have been doing any number of things to look so tired, but Taeyoung didn't really care. He just wanted her to have a nice break, and get to spend some time with her. Since most everywhere inside was full, he opted instead to sit out on the patio with her, watching as the city streets bustled around them. It was nice, relatively quiet despite the din of people going to and from place to place, and the coffee was hot and strong. That's all that Taeyoung needed with her by his side. It wasn't until she paled a little bit, pausing awkwardly in the middle of their conversation, that he stopped and looked around, trying to see what had her in such a state. "What's wrong, baby? Did you see someone you know?" He asked, looking back to the girl with a slightly furrowed brow, wondering if she had snuck out to be with him tonight; trying to create a narrative to fit the worried look that painted her features.
