request any character changes, permanent or temporary, here. temp ccs have a max time limit of 7 days, but may be ended sooner. only one character per person may be temp cced at a time. after a temp cc is granted, that person may not request another temp cc for any character for 2 weeks/14 days. after a character is permanently cced, they may not be cced again for 3 weeks/21 days. tag admin seonghwa for all cc needs. any requests that are made without tagging will not be honored!
