you can easily be leader of the guild by starting your own guild. all you need to do is read the requirements above, have 1000 gold to spare, have 3rd lvl, and within a week get 2 more members, find best location etc human land, chanted forest, think of guild title and create a guild icon yourself.

being in a guild will give you extra responsibilities. To donate gold to guild funds so leader could upgrade guild facilities. with facility upgrade all guild memembers receive something be it extra hp, some item or whatnot. you will have to defeat monsters that will crash into your guild base and participate in guild wars.
