these are questions that you can answer to help think about your character in hopes of developing them to a greater length.

how does your character feel about:
➺ the war? (scared that their side will lose. confident that their side will win, etc)

➺ the other two nations? (positive? negative? hate one, love the other? hate/love both?)

➺ being on the island? (feel safe, feel like a coward, feel scared, etc)

what is your character’s top priority right now?
➺ to just stay alive and return to the mainland soon in good shape?

➺ to keep a secret well hidden until they can return to their normal life?

➺ to serve/protect someone else over their own interests?

➺ or maybe they have a personal agenda/mission that they need to accomplish before the war is over?

before the war, what did your character (think they) wanted the most? (optional: and why couldn’t they have it?)
