CC is unlimited. Cooldown period is 10 days before you can CC again.

TCC is unlimited but it only lasts for 3 days. Your original character will be safe-kept (put under "No Touching" in the masterlist) for that tcc duration. Cooldown of 2 weeks before you can ask for another TCC.
