@♛ ⟩ eunbi j。 His gaze fell from the window to their hands connected to each other. The word love came resonating against his ears in a series of languages that he understood, but couldn't quite recognize just yet. It was as if his thought process refused to acknowledge the way she called him, denying something that was kept beneath the surface of his emotions. "That's nice, I'd appreciate that from you." Joshua smiled, his mind had snapped momentarily of what he thought she meant minutes ago.

A few of his maids and butlers came out from the two large double doors of the mansion, ready to serve their boss, but paused when Joshua waved a hand to stop them. "That was short." His hands found its way around Eunbi's waist, pulling her to sit on his lap before landing a sweet kiss against her soft lips. Eyes shut tight, drinking in the moment where he and Eunbi could finally have each other through their busy schedules. It wasn't odd for the both of them to kiss. Almost everyone knew about how he and Eunbi would often escape just to fill that satisfaction from their empty cup. But somehow, this time felt different and he had no answer as to why.

He pulled away softly, staring at Eunbi's eyes through the dark atmosphere of the car. Artificial light that gleamed from his mansion, peeked through the windows of the vehicle, aiding him to watch each and every reaction that elicit from the features of her face. He often thought how attractive she might be if she too joined him to stare at the stars that blanket the entire sky. He leaned in and whispered in response to her question, "Is it okay for you to stay the night?"

@♛ ⟩ joshua h。 Their hands clasped together brought a small smile to her lips, and she didn't move her hand away when it was clear he wasn't going to let go. She even linked their fingers together to give his hand another reassuring squeeze, glancing his direction. "Of course. No more plaything, and besides, you've always been more than that to me anyways, love." It was true. She couldn't imagine ever describing Joshua as her plaything in any serious manner. He was far too special to her to fall into that category.

Plaything was reserved for those she still couldn't recall the names of because she simply did not care about their existence anymore than using them for a quick feed, and even then, she only approached those types of people when it was really her only option.

Her smile faltered a bit as the mansion came into view, not sure if she was ready to separate from the vampire, yet. She was still worried about the alcohol in his system despite knowing he had more maids and butlers than he knew what to do with that could easily help him out. Her grip on his hand tightened a bit as her thoughts began to become a little more on the extreme side. She couldn't help that she often jumped to the worst conclusion when it came to those she cared most about. It was a habit that followed her throughout her years.

"I...Perhaps I should at least walk you inside and help you get ready for bed," she mumbled quickly, cheeks warming at the new nickname, and she hoped the hue wasn't visible in the dark of the car no matter how many lights from the mansion were shining inside, "You're not bad at nicknames. It was very cute and I like it a lot, so please continue to call me it." Eunbi couldn't resist then after his endearing comment, unbuckling so she could lean across the back seat and press her lips gently to his. "Is it okay if I come inside?"

@♛ ⟩ eunbi j。 His gaze moved from the hand that pat his, squeezing it tightly as if he was telepathically sending her a message of his unspoken apology. The relationship they have was a collection filled with hundreds of meanings with words that he couldn't quite decipher. It was like this towards everyone except for his maid, the very person who took care of his well-being ever since his mother birthed him. But even then, he still chose to care for Eunbi, through nights of pleasure or comfort.

He kept his hand clasped around hers for the remaining duration of their car ride, unwilling to let go until they finally arrive to his mansion. "The pet names are endearing. Although, I'd like plaything to be taken off the list please. Everything else is just perfect."

The lights that came from his mansion through the dark atmosphere of the night, brought radiance across the trees that grew and red roses, fully bloomed. It were nights like these where he'd like to stay in the balcony, observe his garden, and stare at the stars while he took a glass of his favorite champagne. However, due to the unlucky circumstances he recieved back in Kun's nightclub, he might consider on taking a shower before resting on his bed.

"So, I'll see you then, queen?" His voice cracked, clearing it a bit before sending Eunbi a small smile. The guards from his front gate allowed them entrance after seeing Joshua in the vehicle. They slowly came to a stop right by his front double doors where a few of his butlers and maids were waiting for him inside. "Please don't laugh at me. I'm really bad at nicknames and that's proof of it." Joshua whispered quickly, unsure if he said anything wrong.

@♛ ⟩ joshua h。 Glancing over in Joshua's direction again, she sighed softly and reached over to pat his hand to show that it was okay. "It's alright. I'm assuming there was more than just wine and blood in your glass, so I'm sure you're not feeling the greatest right now," she spoke softly, tone more worried than upset now, "Do tell me if I'm ever being....too much with the pet names, though. I don't wish to make you uncomfortable." She at least considered the vampire a friend, as there wasn't really a term for their sort of relationship. She had never really been one to use labels either. They felt too constricting.
