Warden's office

Finally catching a break, I trail my legs back into my own office to handle paperwork and contact the big boss for a quick update. Giving a sigh before putting on a fake smile for the phone call, I take the phone and dial the number out. The boss doesn't answer which is normal so I leave an encrypted voicemail. Soon after, I let my body rest in my chair behind my desk. "I can tell it's going to be a long season..." I chuckles to myself recalling the very eventful day so far. Shouldn't be funny but can't help but chuckle and shake my head, leaning forward to sign some papers.
