He carded his hand through it, his delicately pale and princely skin marred by the wild and cold water. He scooped up a small rock and tossed it over the surface, watching the surface ripple in circular motions. "Are you hiding your inner rabbit Cuixia?" He asked whilst his eyes were focused on the water, a slight smile curving his kittenish lips under his veil. "Perhaps fate had other plans for you?" He mused, eyes crinkling as he glanced up at her after the stone had sunk into the depths.

Cuixia listened as he disagreed. Though... She couldn't help but agree with him. "You know... No... You're right... He is a brute... Unnecessary violence..." She hummed softly. She squints slightly as she thinks more. "Mmm... I can't believe anyone feels the need to be so unnecessarily violent. She puffed out her cheeks a bit, looking up at the man. "Oh? Is that so?" She reached into her bag and carefully wrote out their address before handing it to him and placing her hand on his arm once more. "Trade Bao seems to know exactly what I need. I still don't know what made them dislike me... They never told me."

Stilling in his movements Rui eyed the woman from head to toe, taking in her appearance as if searching her for clues. In a game of masks and deceit he didn't know who he could trust, but the woman before him seemed dependable if anything. "Thank you for agreeing with me, talking to you has been rather pleasant." His eyes crinkled as he nodded towards her, his veil still covering the smile that would have perhaps had been there. "That's rather unfortunate for them, they seem to missing out." He tucked her address into his sash before he placed his hand on top of hers. He resumed their walk through the gardens, admiring the autumn red foliage. "Perhaps it was jealousy? You are very... elegant in your appearance."
