think of this rp as gritty and dark as the mha manga. years after shigaraki's and afo's [all for one] defeat, the league of villains have been disbanded and villain activities were quite sparce for the next 4 decades.
but the birth of tsukishima ryūnosuke and tsukishima mūgen have made the greastest shift since that era. there hasn't been a natural quirk user as powerful as kano. and his rebirth of the league of villains has put the city of tokyo, japan in great uncertainty of their safety.

Kano is the leader and founder of the new league of villains. HE IS QUITE FORGIVING TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN OR FIND SHELTER IN THE LEAGUE. BUT YOU MUST SHOW HIM THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE TRUE TO THIS LIFE. this age of villains are worse than the past. the leader has the best intution on who to recruit and allow in. heroes, anti's, do not take them lightly. [please note: people who are in the league have not actually seen Kano in real life as he does not appear in his physical form. he makes copies of himself and their faces are always covered.]

the saviors of this world. they try their damned hardest to set the chaos straight. though, some are not in it for the sake of saving others.

the anti-heroes are tied to no organization. they are lonewolves. the heroes don't associate with them and they are still enemies of the villains.
