If you want to CC, just ask here. There is no requirement you have to meet beforehand as of now. Just know there is a one week buffer between CCs.

If you want another character outside of the four you get (as stated in the rules), it's 40 points and three threads. The standard character limit is four but will increase as main admin pixels sees fit.
