Characters: 

2nd character - is 100 posts and an upvote. 
3rd character - 1week wait, a blog post and either 200 posts on both your first & second character or atleast one active thread for both characters! 

character changes - you get 3 max cc's your first one is free, after that you have to wait a week and have 100 posts for each one after.

occupation changes are free just inform the admin.
