r/IdolConfession: there was a phase i went through when i was addicted to consuming protein powder. straight up, not even bothering to mix it with water to make a shake, i’ll just pour the powder into my mouth, 3 scoops per meal, 5 meals daily. i was obsessed with getting the gains to impress my fans; they told me i look good w all the muscles so i had to. i was forced to stop when i was sent to the ER after collapsing from pain in my kidneys… i had to pee a lot too, it wasn’t ideal when i have to travel so much daily. this industry is crazy… i can’t believe i became mad for protein… all that to look buff… now i eat chicken tho, baby steps, Lol! :)

r/IdolConfession: whenever I read negative comments about me and my idol friends, I tend to go crazy and get really mad about it. So... I created an anon account and try to counter as much hate comments as I could to ensure that no one is feeling bad about themselves. At first, I became anon for the betterment of human peace but now I think, I GET ADDICTED TO IT. so this is how it feels to become a keyboard warrior. Idols are human too. You might see us smiling and laughing on stage. Once the curtain closed, we are just as fragile as you are, with emotions and feelings. But don't worry my comrades, with my anon account around, I will try to fight for our mental wellbeing and do justice for all the effort and sweat we've sacrificed to be on stage!!!

r/IdolConfession: During our promotion in Mcountdown I accidentally wrecked the door handle of the men’s comfort room.In panic I went into the vent and escaped until I reached our dressing room. When I passed by there again, I saw many people lined up in that certain comfort room they even had security to knock the door down. I would like to say sorry for the inconvenience but really they need to have new door knobs because it was old rusty.

r/IdolConfessions : I accidentally clogged up the Inkigayo toilet on the 3rd floor last week... Feeling really apologetic to the cleaner but maybe this isn't all on me, Inkigayo could've invested in stronger pumps and filters. The stress on idols could really mess up with their bowels.
