The Training Grounds is a location in Jubilife Village in the Hisui region. It is used by the Galaxy Expedition Team as a place to strengthen their Pokémon. (taken from Bulbapedia) This is the Security Corps' main base.

The Diamond and Pearl clan members also train here sometimes, but not frequently.

gonna put common faq and common things that i need to clear up here so u can read it.

ー please check the hisuian dex (https://www.serebii.net/legendsarceus/hisuipokedex.shtml) before thinking about your team. the gingko guild can have their entire team be from places that aren't hisui, but other classifications can only have one, and the clan members can't have any, for lore reasons.
ー clan members can have 4 pokemon and only one of them can be in their final evolution (for now). this includes eevees but does not include pokemon like buneary or seviper. if you are a warden, your noble pokemon is not part of your party, so they do not count.
ー only the galaxy team captains are exempted from the ranking system if they want. all other members must be part of it.
ー we do not allow shinies. forgot about this in the rules so i'll put it here for now.
