@Nam Joohyuk The flowers that Joohyuk presented to Dejun was a nice, romantic touch that melted the younger's heart even more. He accepted the fresh bouquet with both hands and took a step back, welcoming Joohyuk inside. "Thanks," he chirped, "Just come inside for a bit. I'm almost ready." Dejun had to accessorize with his favorite hat and sunglasses before he could leave the house! After he set the flowers in a mug filled with water, he grabbed his belongings and beckoned for Joohyuk to follow him outside. "I'm ready!" Dejun announced, reaching out to take Joohyuk by the arm once he had locked up behind him. "So! Which zoo are you taking me to?" he asked, wondering if Joohyuk had truly done his research as he promised he would.

@Xiao Dejun Joohyuk raised a brow. He had come the last few times he promised would, so he had no idea why Dejun would think he /wouldn't/ come, especially when there was so much on the line. "Good morning." he said, lifting his bouquet to present to Dejun. Although he'd seen Dejun since their minor fallout, Dejun looked extra... bright this morning. He was practically glowing. Joohyuk's grin widened. Dejun was extremely good looking, even if he was a little odd at times. Every time Joohyuk saw him, all his doubts about keeping Dejun around faded. "For you," he said. "Are you ready to go?"

@Nam Joohyuk Dejun had really given his relationship with Joohyuk some deep thought. He truly believed this man was the one that he loved, but there was an uncertainty of what his place was in Joohyuk's heart. Dejun had his fears, but ultimately, Joohyuk's dedication over the past two weeks had him rethinking his harsh rejection towards the older. So, there was only one way he could really get a read on what was truly on the older man's mind - and that was to give him a test. Dejun really didn't want to harbor any expectations towards Joohyuk, since he knew he'd only feel the hurt even worse if the other failed to show up. So, he treated his Saturday morning like any normal morning, waking up to call his parents on the phone before lazily starting to wash up and get ready for the day. To his surprise, Joohyuk arrived just on time, making Dejun's stomach churn as he went up to open the door. "You made it-" he commented, trying to restrain the shock in his voice. Still, the hope surged forward in his romance-driven heart once more, and he smiled at Joohyuk, clearly expressing his pleasure. "Good morning, Mr. Foxy!"

@Xiao Dejun With so much pressure from Dejun to perform well, Joohyuk knew he had a very narrow window of -up allowed—maybe none at all. Tired as he was, he hauled himself into his car just before six in the morning to make the drive up to Seoul, arriving just minutes before he said he would. A small bouquet of flowers he picked up the night before, after dinner, sat in a jug of water Joohyuk left on the floor of his backseat. Thanks to the ice water, the petals were still crisp when Joohyuk pulled the bouquet out of the back, tipped the water into the street, and made his way up to Dejun's apartment. He didn't have time to send a text on the drive over, and only did so just before he headed up, so he hoped desperately Dejun didn't sleep in when he rang the bell, his stomach seizing when he looked at his modest bouquet again.
