Overworked, tired, and stressed out would be the three go-to emotions that jihyo tends to experience, day in and day out. There's no in-between and it would seem that her kid's parents at school, her co-workers, or just friends in general would've noticed as such. "What are you doing? Are those subs enough for you though? Wouldn't you like to experience what it's like going on a proper date? When last have you been on one Ji?" Numerous questions were asked and a flustered jihyo could only gaze at them in a look full of sheer awe, surprise, and confusion because — why is she not going out and dating around?
Jihyo is young, and mature enough to have some no-strings-attached relationships at least, for now. Either person wouldn't be owing the other anything or promising that they must date for no broken hearts — she's responsible enough to not get measly attached to someone to the point of combustion. Destroying herself and getting her fickle heart broken isn't in the picture. That's the issue with park jihyo, she doesn't do well with commitment, it's quite difficult to handle someone when they're expecting you to give them xyz amount of your time when she barely has time for herself.
On day offs, jihyo would find herself at the black opal club, enjoying herself and destressing the week away, having fun in indulging herself in what she enjoys most; her vices. This... now this wasn't in the plan nor in the picture of events where her co-worker decided it was best to spice things up a bit, but not in the way that the older woman would've liked. "It'll be fun! Trust me!"
Those were the last famous words spoken by Kimmy, a younger woman of two years at the school as Jihyo left the parking lot earlier to prepare for her "fancy date." She's not used to these things so entering the restaurant decked off in a black dress, heels to match, and jewelry present but not overly indulging, her hair framing her delicate yet strong features, the young woman asks the waiter at the front desk for her apparent reservation. Something Kimmy once again set up in her place, saying that the male coming by would ask for the very same table as well. Apparently — both of the parties involved don't know their partner for the night's events and maybe it's something mysterious to her that gives that extra thrill of excitement and anticipation but either way, the teacher couldn't help but be a little anxious yet on edge to the idea of meeting some unknown male— unknown face and no information besides a name to go with the unknown silhouette. 'Choi Soobin.'
Would he be kind and a gentleman? Would he be innocent and a little too introverted? Would he be wild and scandalous such as herself? Only time would tell as Jihyo is ushered over to the reserved table, her body slinking down onto the chair and she's setting up herself, taking a peek of her appearance in a compact powder mirror before smearing her crimson-colored lipstick, brushing her fingers through her onyx locks and ruffling it a bit before lounging back against the seat and waiting with a leg crossed over the other as she drums her fingers onto the clothed table top. Her eyes shine in the dimming lights that create the perfect ambiance for people to talk peacefully with the dull sounds of classical music playing in the background. Mellow and pleasant all the same. Maybe, just maybe, jihyo is looking forward to this even if it's surely out of pocket for her.
