If it was other members, Jihoon would have strangle them, but the world knew he has soft spots for Vernon. Ruffling the younger's hair momentarily, Jihoon turned around as he let go. "Don't bother him, then. I don't think they even realised we're out," he chuckled, "You want anything else?"

Walking through the aisle, Jihoon grabbed a few kimbap with a cup of instant noodle. He made it just around the corner when his eyes met with a man standing by the popsicle case - right where Vernon stood previously. Before he could say anything, the man immediately looked away and scurried off to the counter. "Weird," he muttered under his breath, his alpha sense coiled with uneasiness. But Jihoon try to brush that off, tugging his cap lower to cover his face.

@⭑.ᐟ woozi it's that time of year again where it's getting hot again. summer temperatures in seoul aren't /too/ different from the ones in manhattan, though it's been a while since vernon went and spent a summer in new york. regardless, it's getting hot and it's the perfect weather for popsicles or ice cream. vernon is perusing the choices when jihoon's voice draws his attention away from the assortment of flavors behind the glass.

"mmm," he takes a moment to ponder it, then nods. "yes, the usual, hyung." his eyes go back to the ice creams, but only briefly. maybe another day. it's not like the omega needs sweet ice cream or popsicles when he's going to have chocolate milk, and it's just an excuse to haul jihoon, or maybe other members of seventeen, back down to the corner store.

stepping away from the case, vernon wraps his arms around jihoon from behind, despite the heat. he nuzzles his face against the alpha's cheek, leaving his scent clinging to him before he has mercy and lets him go. "i'd call cheol hyung to see if anyone's awake, but i wouldn't want to wake him up if he's finally sleeping..."

@✩.ᐟ vernon A rush of cool air brings Jihoon some relief from the late afternoon heat as he opens the store's refrigerator door. Summer has just arrived and he could feel the air growing warmer each day. "Vernon, do you want the usual?" he grabs a coke from the rows of cans stacked in the middle shelf with one hand reaching for a chocolate milk for the younger. His eyes ran through the rack for other beverage choices for a moment, "Should we get something for the others too? I'm not sure if they're still awake, though," he mumbled in thought, tilting his head a bit to look back at Vernon.

It was random but not that uncommon for Jihoon to make a quick run to the convenience store down the street when his stomach starts grumbling in hunger past midnight. It just so happens that Vernon was in the factory with him too, so instead of going alone he had invited the younger along.
