@Shinyu⋆ˢʰⁱⁿ ʲᵘⁿᵍʰʷᵃⁿ "yeah! i w - i want to share a room.." dohoon admits quietly towards the end of his sentence, gaze shifting as he'd clear his throat. "it's all i've been thinking about since.. since we decided to move." he clears his throat again, this time to quickly drop the topic as he turns towards the cluttered living room. "shall we start? i still have my stuff downstairs, i dunno how long we can keep them there so we should bring them up soon, too.

@Dohoon⋆ᴷⁱᵐ his eyes catch sight of the red hue on the younger's ear before reaching out towards him to gently caress it,
a pretty hue it was especially complimenting his boyfriend's features as a small coo escapes past from his
brims.
" are you sure you're okay with sharing a room? like absolutely sure that you dont mind it?" he tilts his head a
bit, wanting to see any reassurance before it was set to move everything in place together. reaching his hands to wrap around the younger's wrist to gently tug away his arm from his face. "at least dont hide your face while we unpack... i want to see you, yknow?"

@Shinyu⋆ˢʰⁱⁿ ʲᵘⁿᵍʰʷᵃⁿ "i get it, hyung" dohoon chortles at his small display of panic, nodding along to shinyu's words with a pleased smile. "i'll keep with my nicknames, then. i'll stick to whatever feels right eventually."
the offer of sharing a room wasn't a surprise to the younger, but the idea flusters him anyway - sure he's seen shinyu up and about their old dorms, hair unkempt and shirtless sometimes, but the difference was that he was his boyfriend now, which has resulted to dohoon reacting differently since. the idea of falling asleep and waking up on a shared bed next to the older colors the younger's ears red.
"i'm, i'm okay with sharing." he responds eventually, seemingly out of breath for some reason as his free arm goes over his face to hide. "w we should start unpacking your stuff, hyung."

@Dohoon⋆ᴷⁱᵐ “my real name- well you know.. even with you saying it it’s more meaningful. I’d like that a lot, not saying I wouldn’t like anything else you had thought up; I’d like them equally as much cause it’s something you thought of” waves his hands a little to dismiss any negativity that could be possibly mistaken from what he had said before clearing at his throat.
“if we look hard enough, there might just be a jar” there wasn’t. in all the clutter that he had dispersed from the boxes, there was no jar at all. but he didn’t want to admit it right away-
the change of tone from dohoons voice caused shinyu’s head to tilt slightly in concern, leaning a tad to hear the younger’s words clearly in case he missed it. “which room-“ he repeats before his free hand rubs at the back of his nape, dark orbs quickly darting to the ground. “I figured we could… try sharing a room? and leaving the extra room as maybe a guest room or even just a office space.. IF - if you’re okay with that.. unless you prefer to be separate then im okay with either room.”

@Shinyu⋆ˢʰⁱⁿ ʲᵘⁿᵍʰʷᵃⁿ "well, i do - but i like your real name more so i have a ton of nicknames for that. fans call you yuya, though and i think it's super cute." his eyes were certainly dilating with every puff of laughter coming from the older, deep and airy, dohoon could only hope that shinyu wasn't staring hard enough to notice.
it was his turn to laugh when the clutter is brought back to his attention, lightly knocking at the other's chest with their intertwined hands. "you have a jar here somewhere? i kind of doubt it."
the conversation strays as dohoon looks around in thought, a realization hitting that has him worrying his lower lip. "um.." he starts, not really knowing how to initiate. "did you... did you want to share a -" he coughs. "did you get to pick which room you'd like to have? it's a two bedroom apartment, so..."

@Dohoon⋆ᴷⁱᵐ "is it? i figured there'd be a whole list of names ready in your head that you'd end up trying on me.." a playful roll of his eyes as he trailed the sentence with a soft laugh, a little more relaxed now that it was only just the two of them.
but even so, he was still cautious of how to approach dohoon as he searched his face for his reaction and took notes in his head.
the name that captured his gaze as he bit back a sheepish smile, the nickname being cute for sure as he brought their hands closer to his side; raising it to rest at his chest.
"if you melt? i'll find a jar and attempt to save you if i have to-" waves his free hand out to gesture the scattered things, possibly a jar out of the unpacked things thats taken over a partial amount of their new living space

@Shinyu⋆ˢʰⁱⁿ ʲᵘⁿᵍʰʷᵃⁿ it only took a few days after shinyu's confession and their eventual dating for the younger to realize that he does get majorly overwhelmed when he thinks about their relationship too much, so he simply doesn't - and comparing himself to his boyfriend who seemed to be struggling with controlling his joy, dohoon thinks he made a good choice, at least during the acclimation phase of their relationship. when he shuts down that particular section of his brain, he finds it easier to look at the older and think about kissing him.
"yu? that's new" he lightly teases, a small pick at shinyu's bashful demeanor. usually, it was the rapper who'd a ton, and he'd respond with dramatic complain - but this shift to their relationship has stirred them both slightly wary. dohoon welcomes this, though - acknowledging that dating was going to need a bit of getting used to. the only way is up from where they were in the present, now that they were living separate from the other members.
"wani-hyung." the petname saccharinely slips past his hips as the younger laughs, shaking their clasped fingers to pull shinyu back to reality. "you're staring so much, what if i melt?"

@Dohoon⋆ᴷⁱᵐ the entirety of the way towards apartment was a nothing but an entire daze, all his eyes were focused on was the back of dohoon’s figure.
just the idea, the whole label of being together as a couple juggled in his mind for a while moments longer, elated yet spiraling with emotions; good ones of course.
the moment the doors open is the moment his eyes fluttered open and closed a few times, almost as if he was snapped back to real time as he slowly kicks out his foot to hide whatever “mess” he had left from unpacking
before his attention was shifted over to dohoon’s hand embracing his own, the corner of his lips curling up slightly though lowering his face to try and hide it;
“hoon…” quiet, yet still audible as his words filter through his mind ‘you could call me yours’ was what repeated into his head but his lips parted and a gentle breath of air exhaled,
“you can call me- …yu. or whatever rolls off your tongue better, i look forward to living with you from today and onwards…”
a bashful smile spreads across his features, getting distracted by dohoon’s features once again almost as if he’s saying a whole book of words and sending them telepathically towards him.

@Shinyu⋆ˢʰⁱⁿ ʲᵘⁿᵍʰʷᵃⁿ dohoon tugs at shinyu's wrist all the way to their room as the older seems to have brought himself to a daze from deep thinking, his other hand is dragging along his luggage bag of essentials - the rest of his stuff can come up after the leader settles in. there's a bubbling at the pit of his stomach when he opens the apartment, ears tipping red at the thought of being able to share the place with his now boyfriend. he walks around strewn boxes, likely from the other's unpacking, towards the neatly placed letter on the dining table to read out of curiosity. "this is from the reception staff" he notes mostly to himself, assuming that shinyu has already read it. a smile curls his lips upward as he reads a particular line in the letter "'get to know one another as this will be the new comforts of your stay, and theirs as well'"
he finally turns back to the older who seemed to at least be a little more conscious now, setting the letter aside to loosely take shinyu's hand, instead - the one about the other's wrist slipping downwards to do the same. his smile is a mix of cheeky and sheepish as he chirps. "hi. you can call me hoon."
