San gave a playful glare at the other, tugging his hand back as he crossed his arms over his chest letting out a soft huff "You want me to be scared?" He rolled his eyes, before letting out a soft chuckle unable to keep up the act as he quickly uncrossed his arms, and wrapping them around Wooyoung. "Are you gonna protect me or tease me more, hmm?" He titled his head to the side, the switch up between his two playful moods was quick. "Careful on your answer, cause I might just pick Ghibli.... sounds tempting and cozy anyway." He snickered lightly, before giving a small shrug to his shoulders.

The walk back was a pleasantly silent one, where Wooyoung found himself playing with San's fingers, stealing quick glances at him, and leaning into his side a little too much. Once they got home, he walked in, hand on the door to keep it open for San while he took his own shoes off, and once San's hands land on his shoulders, he smiled and look over his shoulder to look at his date before fully turning around. He rubbed San's hand and wrist while he thought, then he shrugged. "Maybe something Ghibli? Or a horror movie so I get you so scared you snuggle up to me?" he teased

San answered, his hand reaching out for Wooyoung's to interlock their fingers together and tugged Wooyoung a bit closer to him as they walked. Leading the two of them home. Opening the door to his apartment he allowed the other to go in ahead of him before stepping inside and locking the door behind himself. Kicking his shoes off before approaching wooyoung again, placing his hands on the others shoulders and rubbing them lightly. "Is there any specific movie you'd want to watch? I'm letting you choose since this is still your pick of dates." He let out a soft chuckle before placing a soft peck on his cheek.

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ It wasn't like they hadn't kissed before, it was just different. Different now that they were "dating," and this one he so badly wanted to give San would be the first one not around people. It would be just for them, and that scared Wooyoung a little bit, too. It felt like San wanted it too, like he was leaning in as well when Wooyoung had been starting to kiss him, it almost felt like San was nodding, like he wanted it too, but maybe he hadn't been, and maybe he didn't. His heart raced like they had just really kissed for the first time. It felt like it was pounding in his throat and it was about to leap out, and he was sure once they stood up and got back into the light that San would be able to see the flush in his face that it caused. That was, if he hadn't felt it against his lips with the kiss to his cheek.

Wooyoung stood and grabbed their trash, throwing it in a nearby trashcan before returning his attention to San. He linked their arms like before and smushed their cheeks together as he started to walk them out. "... Feeling tired, or should we watch a movie when we get back?" he finally broke the silence

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ It was a bit relieving, to hear the simple reply that he received back. San nodded again, his eyes following the others, now looking at the others lips, he felt it coming and almost leaned in to it before he realized. Feeling wooyoung pull back, he followed suit, but this time he offered a gentle smile. His every urge wanted to pull the other into a more meaningful kiss, but his nerves got the better of him. His thumb rubbing circles on the others hand and squeezing it. “Yeah.. yeah we can head back.” He said before leaning in to place a small peck to his cheek.

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ Wooyoung shifts with San when he leans back, really just moving closer, and he sighs softly, resting his hand on San's stomach while they just sit there. It feels like forever how long they sit there, but not in a bad way. He'd be happy to sit like that with San for the rest of the night... if it weren't for the fact they were outside. The squeeze to his thigh brings him back, and he leans back so that he can bump his forehead to San's again while they speak. With a little nod, he keeps his eyes on San's, and he whispers a "Yes." His eyes wander to San's lips, and he reaches up with his other hand to cup the other's neck, the fingers of his other hand curling against the fabric of San's shirt. His head tilts, and he inhales, but he stops himself at the first lurch forward, clearing his throat and slowly pulling back to just tightly hold San's hand and kiss his knuckles. "Do you want..." he starts, and he swallows thickly as the nerves crawl up his skin at what he almost asked before continuing, "...to start heading back?"

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ A soft nod to his head at the others words. San sighed softly, comforted by the others touch. Finishing the food that was left, before setting everything aside. Humming lightly at the kiss that was placed on his neck, it was his turn to place his hand on the others thigh, squeezing it gently. He leaned back in the chair a bit, his eyes observing the scenery. Silent for a moment, before squeezing the others thigh again, this time to gain his attention, before clearing his throat lightly. "This is okay... right?" He asked, because he wanted to be sure. "Going on dates?" He had hoped that the other knew what he was getting at, it was different, but something that San wanted to be sure of. He, for one, was okay with the dates, despite his initial awkwardness with it. Happy, even.

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ "You're welcome. Both for letting the inside thought put and for being with you so you can survive," Wooyoung grins, patting San's thigh with one hand. His eyes close, and with his hand still on San's thigh, he runs his thumb over where their matching tattoo is even though it isn't visible. He squeezes his knee, then pulls his hand back. He hopes that even if the dates don't work out, for whatever reason, it won't be a thing either regrets getting. But that's not really something he'll let slip on the first of at least two dates. Instead, he just chooses to sit with San in silence, giving his neck a gentle kiss before peeking over his shoulder to look at the view around them

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ San smiled softly and shook his head, the other had been really cute the entire night, but San could feel himself thinking more so as the night went on. "I don't think I'd survive." he chuckled lightly at the teasing gesture. San couldn't help how quickly his face heated up at the others comment, despite him trying to defend that he wasn't supposed to say the words out loud, the damage had already been done. "I..." he pauses before nodding lightly. "Thanks, though." He lets out a nervous chuckle before leaning his head lightly atop Wooyoung's.

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ "Like I said, what would you do without me?" Wooyoung whispers to San, and he's sure San can feel the smile growing on his face against his skin since he hasn't fully pulled away yet. He really can't bring himself to, either. It's comfortable to lean against San like this, his forehead now on the other's shoulder. "You smell nice," he sighs out, then immediately coughs. "... That was supposed to stay inside of my head..."

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ Hearing that the other also wanted to have another date made San ease up just a bit. It was nice to know that the desire of a second date, to continue what was happening here was reciprocated. Wooyoung squeezing his hand, gave him a bit of more comfort. San couldn’t help the way his heart skipped a beat when wooyoung nosed at his cheek, turning his face and pressing a soft kiss to the tothers cheek, San chuckled lightly. “It’s okay. I almost forgot about it.” He says as he takes a bite out of the forgotten food

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ The answer makes his stomach flutter, and he has to hold back the grin that wants to go from ear to ear... at least a little bit, because it still cracks when San so cutely stutters out the qualifier. "I would like to. So next time you get to pick what we do, 'cause I picked this," he bumps their shoulders together as he, again, lightly teases the other. Gently, after wiping his hand off on his own pant leg, Wooyoung takes hold of San's hand that he's already holding, so it's in both of his hands. It's complicated, he knows. The jump from friends, coworkers, and roommates to... he'll call it going on dates, all while their job offered the most obstacles, boundaries, and stipulations on top of that. All he wants to do is just lean in and kiss San, like they did the other day, except this time it wouldn't be for show. But he worries that even though he wants to, that it feels like a good moment, that it wouldn't be welcome, or that it would seem too soon. So he just swallows and nudges San's cheek with his nose, and releases his hand after a soft squeeze. "... I realize you can't eat if I'm keeping your hand hostage," he laughs quietly

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ Despite the initial awkwardness of the first date, changing from friends and flirting merely for fan service this was a bit of a change that would have to be adjusted to. There was actual feelings and people involved now, and it was a careful waters to tread. Looking back at Wooyoung as he clears his thought and listens to his question, San hums, rubbing his thumb across the back of Wooyoung’s hand. “I think so..” he says softly, before clearing his throat, starting to get a bit flustered at his straight forwardness. “I-I mean I would like to… if you would want that..?”

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ Wooyoung's smile grows, and his voice softens even further the closer they both inch toward each other. "I agree," he says, taking the last bite of his skewer and scooting the final bit inward so he's nearly forehead to forehead with San. He's glad they're off to the side in their own world, otherwise he wouldn't be able to hold San how he is right now. He takes his drink once he sets the finished skewer down and quietly takes a sip. The bit of silence between them after the rattle of ice is both nice and a little awkward, so he curls his fingers into his drink a little and softly clears his throat as his hairs stand on end from the question he's about to ask. "San-ah," he starts, "do you think we'll go on a second date?"

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ San nods slowly, appreciative of Wooyoung's sentiment, the corner of his lips curling up in a smile at him returning the action. "Thanks." He said in a soft voice, almost inaudible to hear. He takes a drink of his tea, almost at the same time Wooyoung does, before setting it down and looking back at the other. "I.." He paused before blinking for a moment, his thoughts processing. "Well, if I wanted to do anything, I think falling asleep together sounds better than anything." He leans more towards Wooyoung with a contented hum.

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ Wooyoung huffs, but still smiles and pulls San's hand in to kiss his knuckles in response to the kiss San gives his hand. "You would not ruin it, but like I said, I'm not going to coerce it out of you," he says softly, taking another big bite of hus skewer and humming happily at San. His nose scrunches, too, when he smiles in the middle of chewing, and he turns his body to take a sip from his drink so he can keep holding San's hand and rubbing the back of it with his thumb. "Do... you have anything else you want to do after this for our date? Or would you just want to go home and fall asleep together?" he scoots a little closer so their knees are touching

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ The squeeze on his hand bout a little more comfort to San, Wooyoung have been able to reassure him well. “That’s true, you’re more than that.” He let out a soft chuckle at the teasing, but his words had held a lot of truth behind them. He hummed thoughtfully bringing Wooyoung’s hand up to his mouth pressing a small kiss to it. Listening to the other ramble lightly about his concern made San fill up with a small warmth, pleased to know that the other cared about him in such a way. “Maybe another time, I don’t want to ruin what would be considered out first date.” He chuckles out softly with a soft smile towards the other.

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ Wooyoung smiles a little despite the worry for his date. "Maybe I'll have some when we get home. I'll make you some too," he offers, holding onto San's hand and giving it a squeeze after he waves it. With a slight grin he can't help, he plays with their fingers and continues to squeeze it every now and then. "I did not get a matching tattoo with you to be lumped in with the 'others' you don't like to worry," it's clear his teasing and being a little overdramatic, but the sentiment is there, and he hopes it makes San laugh even a bit. "But what I mean is that I know you don't, but I hope you know that to me it isn't a bother or just silly little things. It's important to me as it is to you. I won't press you if you don't want to talk about it, but I am willing to listen to you, so don't think that it'll worry me. I care, so I'm already going to worry that you're well," he speaks softly, and by the end, his grip on San's hand is firm, his thumb rubbing the back of the other's hand

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ San nods lightly with a soft smile when the other confirms that he's feeling better, "that's good. Make sure to drink some honey tea, or some soothing drinks to help the inflammation." It was instinct for him to focus on the well being of others, especially those he cared a lot about. Feeling the others hand on his knee, he let out a soft sigh, his hand reaching down to hold on to it, he shook his head lightly. "It's not that I can't," He paused looking back up at Wooyoung for a moment. "I just don't like worrying others with it." He says softly. His free hand waving lightly. "Plus it's not that important, just silly little things." He chuckles lightly trying to get rid of the nerves

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ Wooyoung nods when San mentions feeling better, and he gently pats his throat. "Just a little scratchy still, but no more... You know that gross sick feeling in your head when you're fighting something off? No more of that," he explains, waving his hand in front of him. He listens, the furrow in his brow only growing the more nervous San seems to get. He leans forward and pats San's leg, softly squeezing just above the knee. "San-ah," he calls out quietly, setting his drink down. "What have you been thinking about that's got you this tense? Or can you not talk about it?"

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ The entire time that San’s talking his gaze moves from Wooyoung to the scenery around him, trying to keep his train of thought. Listening to the other once the question was posed back to him. Showing Wooyoung the same attentiveness. “Hopefully you’re doing better now?” He asked tilting his head to the side a bit. “Ah..” San paused for a moment when the other asked him about sleep, stretching his legs out a bit as a way to seemingly shake the nerves out. “Schedules have just been a bit hectic, and then I’ve been in my head a lot recently so if definitely hasn’t helped, but it’s been getting better.” He nods lightly, chewing on his inner cheek

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ Wooyoung crosses one leg over the other while he takes bites of his food and slow sips of his drink, chewing on the tapioca bubbles every now and again as San speaks. He keeps his eyes on him and holds his drink over his knee by the lid, gently bouncing his leg in thought. He looks off, too, once the question is posed to him, then looks back at San. "Sleep's been iffy for me too, but I've been a little under the weather until recently, so maybe that's why. Is... something wrong that you can't sleep?" he frowns, scooting a little closer

He slightly nudged the other with his free hand before taking a sip of the tea, setting it back down on the table. “Yeah, so it’s… different.” He mumbled but quickly looked up at the other. “It’s good though.” He added wanting the other to know that he was enjoying himself. He hummed lightly thinking on the others questions. “Well If I’m being honest sleep hasn’t been the best, but I been trying my best in other aspects.” He hummed lightly. “How about you though?” He returned the question

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ Wooyoung looks at San for a moment, clearly holding back a laugh before it sputters out and into the hand he brings up to cover his face. "I imagine it's different for every c– every pair," he stumbles over his words, taking a bite of his food to try and save himself. "I mean, we live together and know each other so I imagine it'd be different than if we didn't..." he mumbles. He's quiet for a bit, too, in thought. They live together, and have been together for years, so there's not much he can think of to ask him about "what's new," but that's usually a good start. His brows furrow pretty deeply before he speaks again with a little shrug. "Have you been taking care of yourself? Anything bothering you lately?" he asks, swirling his drink before taking a sip.

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ San bites back the smile that threatens to grow on his face, once again stunned by Wooyoung. Moving to take a seat in the chair next to him, allowing himself to relax in it just a bit before he pushes his hand towards the other with the skewers. he leaned towards wooyoung a bit in his chair, the feeling of this being a real date between the two of them actually settling into his system, he tries to push the nerves aside. "so uhm.." he clears his throat a bit. "what do people talk about on dates?" he asks bluntly trying to hide the nerves in his voice.

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ The view's pretty good too, on top of it getting out of the way of most foot traffic. It makes Wooyoung's stomach feel a little lighter, knowing that they'll be kind of on their own now. But he definitely appreciates it, so maybe they can act a little more like they're on a date now away from prying eyes. "It's perfect," comes out a little more breathless than he meant for it to, but he didn't even realize he was holding his breath to be fair. He sits down in the chair, and pulls out the chair next to him once he sets the drinks on the table

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ Hearing Wooyoung say that he's had them and enjoyed them before built San's confidence on the drink as well, at first unsure if it would be a wasted expense, but he trusted the other to know him well enough by now to know if he'd like the drink or not. San effortlessly took the skewers that were handed to him, holding his arm out for the other when he noticed him reaching out for his, slightly tugging him closer to him as he began walking and to lead the way, leading out of them out of the rows of vendors before finding a table for them to sit at that was some what out of the way, of most of the traffic of people going by. "Is here okay?" He asked, looking up at Wooyoung, wanting to make sure, unlinking his arm to pull out a chair.

@San⋆ᶜʰᵒⁱ Wooyoung grins wide and he turns to order snd pay for two of the brown sugar milk teas before turning back to San. "I've had them before, elsewhere obviously, but they're really good, not too sweet — thank you — so I think you'll like it," he explains, interrupting himself to take the drinks with a quick nod of his head. He scoots them over to the side and pops the seals with straws, grabbing the now empty plate of tteokbokki and throwing it away so he can hand the skewers to San and take the drinks in both of his hands. Once more, he carefully loops his arm with San's free one. "Lead the way, you get to pick where we sit."

@Wooyoung⋆ʲᵘⁿᵍ A soft huff of air escapes from San's nose at the others actions, unable to not see the other as being anything other than extremely cute. San had always known that Wooyoung had been cute, but something about tonight had San's heart fluttering at the actions. "Sounds good." His voice came out softer than he expected, grasping the others hand squeezing it gently as they walked down the row. His eyes helping scan the stalls for something they could get for drinks. "Oh, hmm.." He hummed thoughtfully looking at the menu that was on the stand. "I kind of want to try the brown sugar milk tea?"
