⭑.ᐟ enchanted garden.

@★ p. sunghoon. even while being lost in her thoughts, the banshee didn't even have to hear the haetae speaking up, her hearing couldn't be reckoned with as she heard the little, tell-tale steps coming closer and closer to her once the male entered the garden, added to the sharp intake of breath when he inhaled. must be from the glorious sight of the garden, perhaps even by seeing her surrounded by the fauna as well. after all, wonyoung knew just how much her beauty stunned others and it was no surprise that sunghoon - a sophomore no doubt would be captivated by her exquisite visage.

with the moonlight ghosting down, bathing her features in a soft, warm glow, the young woman can only purse her lips out into a small, tight-lipped smile as her eyes remained fixated on the night's sky before her. "is this how you plan on enhancing your grades sunghoon-ssi? by being late to your sessions?" her words are rather firm and crisp but if he knew her as well as she would like to think he does, he might be able to hear the underlying taunting in her tone. finally, her dark orbs sweep over to admire the taller figure before her. eyeing sunghoon intently took the banshee's breath away. wonyoung was no fool. this man was ethereal in the most exquisite of ways. yet- she played hard to get. stubborn, pompous, and arrogant!

her mother would be scolding her about letting a guy this gorgeous go far too easily. but yet, wonyoung found so many faults in the young idiot as her eyes raked him over slowly before moving to sit up properly and cross her legs neatly before patting the spot next to her. she decided to sit on the open lawn, the grass fresh and only dew covered the very top. not allowing moisture to gather too much or too long on her clothes. it was nice being this close to nature sometimes. "this is a nice change from the library, won't you say?" her orbs raked over the enchanting area a couple more times, it was as if the entire garden captivated the onlookers with it's magic. "anyways... did you do the homework I assigned you? reading over the passage and answering the few questions so we can see just how much you understood... surely, I could count on you to be a good boy and not cheat, correct?"

her words may be considered demeaning to some, and it might be, the mean brat in her was unruly by choice. yet deep down, this was also wonyoung's way of casually flirting with the good-looking idiot without being far too obvious.

@★ j. wonyoung. the night was still at the academy, not a single student or staff member to be seen in the lifeless hallways, not yet at least. just around the corner came sunghoon, the sounds of his brisk footsteps echoed throughout the academy's main building. now, one corridor closer to the garden, the young man’s visage etched with worry as he hastened his pace on reaching his destination while crossing his fingers that perhaps his tutor was also running late. however, that’s just hopeful thinking knowing how punctual wonyoung can be.

he genuinely didn't mean to run late to his tutoring lesson, but his roommate distracted him with a rant about how a fairy had jinxed him again for god knows what reason. after he offered his roommate some friendly advice about this nightmare of a fairy, he checked the time to realize he was running 5 minutes late to his appointment. which leads to his current predicament, an idiot who is speedwalking down the halls of the academy. was it a bit desperate to be rushing this much? maybe, but this was his crush he was meeting, and now she probably thinks he's some irresponsible slacker who doesn't care about his grades.

", , ," a mantra of whispered curses left his lips while he frantically looked around for the entrance of the garden. after much stressful searching, he finally spotted the doors that led to the enchanted garden. he smiled out of relief then did a quick jog to the entrance and unceremoniously barged through the doors. his eyes scanned the colorful foliage and he took a sharp intake at the sight he saw. there she was in all her glory, wonyoung, surrounded by the plentiful array of flora. however, the haetae’s gaze only settled on the figure of the freshman, her expression seemed serene as if she wouldn’t have minded the lateness of his arrival. with that hope in his mind, he took a deep breath for courage before approaching the girl with careful steps.

“hey, wonyoung.” he greeted as he stepped in front of the girl whilst a winsome grin rested on his lips.

@★ p. sunghoon. Sometimes it's not that someone is oh so smart, but sometimes it could very well be that they've stayed with problems longer. Resulting in them analyzing and coming up with solutions and helping a situation at the end of the day, with full on tact and problem solving methods. Jang wonyoung would like to believe she's one of those people, a creature of the night where her wild dreams take her on a rollercoaster ride, trekking down and up and down again. It's going to be a bumpy ride, as it always have been and being at this academy was no different.

It wasn't as bad as the young freshman thought it'll be, in fact, she found some other creatures that tickled her interest, even the stupid boy she has to tutor tonight as well, tickled her intrigue and fancy. After all, she likes them pretty but no one said anything about just how dumb that pretty face might be, only for her to live through the wild tropes of terror as she gets to know 'the' park sunghoon further. With time, brings responsibility and experience and when interacting with the older in their shared extra credit class, the language barrier being quite a hit and miss for many, wonyoung was fluent in most of her Chinese phrases and idioms where she knew without a doubt that she could excel in helping this idiotic (pretty) himbo— out even more in achieving something that he possibly didn't know was within grasps reach.

The haetae was captivating in more ways than one, but would his brain's wavelength still tickle her fancy? Guess wonyoung is bound to find out during their one on one session, since within class and with the amount of phrases pretty boy got wrong, she'd be damned to say that it isn't the case whatsoever. She was intrigued by the haetae in particular, sunghoon's creature, what he is all about — being a protector of some sorts to the natives back in the joseon Era against fire disasters and she wanted to know more, call her a nerd, it's quite alright, deep down the snobbish girl knows it too.

As she wanders into the enchanted gardens, taking in the vivid sightings of the aesthetics surrounding the area, magical as it may, bursting with vibrant flowers and brush, mystical plants scattered every side she turns, she was in awe at the view and comfort surrounding her and enveloping her little body within the night's air. The delicate moon shining down oh so bright against her as she takes a peek over at the entrance in hopes of spotting the tall male, but she couldn't quite see him just yet, so the younger freshman travel through the area carefully, touching leaves here and there and leaving little remnants of her essence in the mix as the girl who wails during the night holds her backpack securely. A whimsical decision on both their sides, wanting to try using the enchanted garden of all spots to study and have wonyoung provide one on one tutoring sessions for the enchanting male.

Whimsical but maybe a little too cheeky if you ask her. But it's something sweet and raw, new and alluring that draws her in and grips her attention like a vice, wanting to know more about this silly boy and what makes him tick.
