I can't wait to eat this though. thank you, kitten, cooking for me and teaching me as well.

An Alfredo is made with cream, garlic, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and some Italian seasonings but I also like to add mozzarella also.

@❛ l. minhoˢᶦᵇᵉʳᶦᵃⁿ ᶜᵃᵗ -despite being preoccupied with gathering the finished pasta in a bowl, he listened to whatever you were talking about. genuinely enjoying how you seem to effortlessly fill the room with your pleasant chatter, the companionship much appreciated by his usually sole hours either at home or at the office around the same time.
-he turned around, standing behind you. peering though your shoulder while you cook. slowly, he rests his chin and his arms loosely circle around your waist.
still, that sounds like so much work. makes me appreciate my kitchen staffs more.

It really is...luckily if you make the dough and freeze it's good for a month so that's what we do at our cafe. Beginning of the month we make a bunch if dough and then defrost, roll out and cut some each day. Definitely tiring but it does taste the best.

honestly, I didn't know how much time it took to make pasta from scratch. once or twice seems fun, but doing all this on a daily basis sounds like such a work.

Perfect! I'll get the Alfredo sauce ready and then all we'll need to do is cook the noodles which only takes a matter of a couple minutes to cook.

-he commented, using his fingers to roughly measure what a quarter inch would look like, already reaching for a ball of the dough.
it sounds pretty complicated but I think I'll get a hang of it, kitten.

-he pointed out rather humorously while he rolls out the pasta, then a couple times more. then places the thinned film of dough through the cutter.

/laughs light heartedly as I continue my own work until you're notifying me that you're finished. Glancing back over at you to look at your work before I'm going to grab a pasta dough thinner and cutter. Attaching the device to the counter with a happy hum. Cranking the handle to show how it works./
Alright this can be a little complicated. Basically your going to feed the dough through this device untill it's thinned out into long sheets. About a quarter inch thick.
/points to the small dent in the dial for the one needed./
Then you'll put it through the cutter which turns it I to noodles. Think you can do that?
