@lee ⋆ juyeon wandering down the hall for a few moments until she heard the door opening, causing her whole body to turn toward the sound. natty's head crooked to the side once the taller figure approached suspiciously, eyebrows furrowing in confusion as to why he was trying to be subtle about the shoe. "what—" her gaze followed down to his one foot that lacked a home, finding it rather obvious that he was the one that lost it. "i mean, i can... but walking around like that isn't helping your case here." she waves the shoe around like it's a part of her arm. "at least put slippers on if you're trying to play it off." a chuckle rumbled within her chest, rather amused with juyeon's thinking process.

@kim ⋆ taehyung the rain soaked streets glistened with the lights of passing cars as jeno trudged toward the local mart at the corner. Teens carrying bags filled with Halloween party favors and candy from a night spent out on the town giggled as the ran from awning to awning to avoid getting their costumes wet. Jeno didn't mind the rain that much but was too tired and in a hurry to get inside to pay the commotion much mind or attempt to avoid being rained on, he had had plenty of Halloween and just wanted to buy some snacks and head back to his apartment. Finally stepping inside he made his way toward the back where the bigger bags of candy and chips were usually kept.

it was all too much. who knew parties could be this exhausting? and who was she to reject an invitation from a big senior? the buzzling sound of chatter irritated her, friends left her too an hour ago to play with others. even if she did want to roam around and socialize, it would just mean another hour of meaningless talk with no particular topic in mind.

to escape, shuhua backed away to a weird looking tent. who was she to judge when all she wants is some peace and quiet. she looked around, witchy things on display, tarots and a big crystal ball was placed on a table. "oh cool," she muttered to herself, her gait slow as if trying to guess as to how and why these things were even interesting for people.

when she reached a corner, shuhua was collided by...something. hearing a soft crash, she heard a yell before turning around, her sense of danger definitely needs work. "ha?! you're the one who bumped to me!"

Ready to let go until she decided to glare and scowl at him. "Heol.." He responds briefly, eyebrows furrowed and jaw clenched behind that mask. "Can't you ask for it nicely if you wanted it that much?" Hand gripping tight on the item.

it's a ridiculous sight from an outsider's pov, two stumbling figures bundled from head to toe in bulky winter coats, their loud, boisterous laughter rumbling as they skip through the hallways of an ancient mansion. what began as an evening of casual drinks to unwind soon morphed into a series of teasing dares, starting from an innocent "do you believe in ghosts?" into "hyung has a GREAT idea".

and so, hyunjae finds himself bumping shoulders with the younger, cheeks ruddy from the mix of alcohol and cold air biting his face, leading eric by the wrist into the large parlor. dust swirls off the creaky table as the elder peels off his layers of clothes, revealing the ouija board he sets down onto the center. "sangyeon would kill us if he found out", hyunjae snorts with a toothy grin. but he's one to live in the moment, and he knows his partner in crime is one that would never turn down the thrill of an adventure.

@anatchaya ⋆ suputhipong ⁿᵃᵗᵗʸ Juyeon is back to their assigned waiting room in no time, panting out after all the panic run that he has to redo his makeups, and soon informing the staffs that he lost his shoe, hoping that they had prepare extras for him but the lucks wasn't on his side as those shoes turned out to be customised item, which means it's only avail in one pair. "." He curses under his breath, determined to find that shoe again once they are done retouching up his face or else he won't be able to go on stage. And once he's out of the room, wearing a sandal on one foot, Juyeon spots Natty, with her loud asf voice holding his shoe. A part of him was glad to see his shoe is safe and sound but it's embarrassing to claim in the public like this so he ends up walking over to her side, whispering briefly. "Hey,, that's mine. Mind dropping it at the side? I'll pick up later."

pulled from one group of blurry faces to another, hyunjae swears his face would permanently become plastered with the phony smile he had practiced countless times before, the small talk unbearable even with the cocktail buzzing in his system. adjusting the collar of his tailored suit, he makes a smooth escape to the back of the venue, weaving between partygoers until he spots an large, ominous tent secluded in the corner.

"just what i needed.." he glances around before slipping between the heavy tapestries serving as the entrance.

he's met by the distinct smell of incense, candles flickering shadows against velvet walls, shelves lined with curious jars, strings of beads swaying. before he can fully register, a sudden thud echoes against his back, causing him to stumble inside onto the oversized sofa. "THE HELL?!" he clears his throat to look up at who (or what) had crashed in with him.

@na ⋆ jaemin it was the day before halloween. shops were bare and scarce with materials that emulated the essence of the holiday. in conclusion, julie did not have an costume for festive activities and was barely making meets end by stopping at the last shop that sold the last pair of cat ears. sprinting into the establishment to grab the sparkly accessory off the counter, she stops when a familiar hand grabs the other end of the item. "you can let go now, thanks." she scowled, glaring at the preparator that dared to steal the necessity from her.

@lee ⋆ juyeon the sound of stomping boots follows natty as she descends the stairs from the stage, her arms stretching upwards to indicate a well-done performance on her part. "great job! maybe we can get some food now, we deserve it". an airy chuckle leaves her lips, still catching her breath. excusing herself from the secluded area, she heads down the hallway. the sound of a yell startled her, following where the sound emanated from revealed a brief figure turning down another hall in a scramble. "oh" she whispered to herself once her eyes settled on the only clue left behind— a large sized shoe. finding herself attracted to the scene left, she picked up the only evidence available and inspected the shoe. she could see a smudged name on the size tag, barely able to make out that the name started with a 'J'. pondering for a moment on the numerous amount of idols currently performing and how many of them started with that letter, she decided to try and retrace the steps of the individual. "did anyone lose a shoe?" in an effort to make the search easier, she called out in a reasonably loud tone to hopefully perk the ears of the culprit.
