he utters with the intent of misery masked behind a steadfast grin influenced by the charming dazzle of his partner's. with the permission of their glasses resounding ring he grants himself a long nostalgic sip of his beverage then his lips afterwards of its lingering flavor. he nods in self approval, gently setting his glass down in a safe spot on the table that he retrieves the sheet of paper from. his brows furrow in unsuspecting thought.
Right, did we want to keep these rings simplistic? Because I had this idea just now of us decorating them.

@☀︎ matty healy Her eyes watched and followed when Matty began to uncap the alcoholic drink they would be sharing together, offering a tender smile when he hands over a glass he's poured and filled with the wine, she brings it towards her nose to get a whiff of the fruity smell; it's sweet, her smile grows upon engulfing the scent of it before turning her head in his direction. With his words she nods her head gently once, raising her glass in preparation.
Here's to many more dry streaks being broken, with you.
the clinking of the glasses was pleasing to the ear, it lingers with a ring and as the sound fades away quickly just as it was made Chaewon brings the glass to her lips to take a few sips of red wine.

as he appropriately caps the formerly opened bottle of classy alcohol he emits an affirmative hum behind a delighted simper. he'll admit that it's been a long enough time since he last indulged in it's pleasantly fruity taste; looking at it now almost influences his mouth to water in anticipation. especially under the fact that it won't be enjoyed in singularity which brings him to kindly pass one of the half filled glasses onto his darling.
That it has been awhile since we last drank together. Tonight, we're breaking that dry streak, respectively.
shifting his body so that it may face the younger's, he raises his own glass of Pinot Noir in means to clink their rims.

Twas utterly unexpected, and though worse could have happened that was enough disrespect for me to walk away. I didn't see any of it funny. But, for all we know they could've been jealous, albeit being in their own relationship.
as if venting to the sky his eyes continue to gaze the outside while he talks to his dearest. acknowledging the compassionate squeeze of his one hand he maneuvers one of hers into his palm, bringing it to his lips to plant another long, tender and reassuring intended kiss to the back of it.
I highly doubt history will repeat itself, but if it does then I /will/ speak up. Or you will. Whichever ears it reaches first.
he lightly shakes his head with a passing chuckle, silencing the sound thereafter with the intrusion of his cigarette.

to be in his presence was a calming effect to her every time; not including moments in which she’s not calm-minded of course, she loved being with him. every touch and kiss given made a flurry of warmth rush up her body and gathered at her chest, humming in contently as she began to lean into the touch gently until hearing his voice and perhaps the reasoning of not being in the crowd today. brows furrow and she takes hold of his free hand in both of hers, giving the larger sized hand a secure and reassuring squeeze.
Is that what happened? That’s utterly gross. If I had seen it I most definitely would have said something. Perhaps they’re just jealous of our ever growing love and bond. Tsk.

when the naturally comforting voice of his lover enters the room he moves his attention onto her long enough until her head touches base with his shoulder. at some point he just as respectfully switched hands to cradle his lit cigarette; wisps of burning smoke making their immediate exit out the scenic window. his now free hand rests on the back of the younger's head to which he presses a long, tender kiss to. the smile he wears is one of loving gratitude, for all he wants to be around is his personified home. he eventually takes another drag off his stress relief vice, lifting his head towards the window to blow out a collection of smoke.
Then we shall stay where we are for the evening. I'd rather not be in a setting where one thinks it's funny to laugh at my admiration for how smart you sounded talking about animals earlier.

I'm coming to hangout with you then, honestly staying home with you sounds great to me.
she walks to where her fiance is, taking a peek outside with a soft smile on her face before turning to look at Matty, taking a step closer and leaning her head onto his shoulder; her cheek gently nuzzling against it.

walking towards the living room window he respectfully cracks it open, the cool mid-autumn air automatically kissing his face before he perches himself onto the sill and prepares a cigarette. as he takes his first inhale of its toxins his eyes stare out at the cityscape, directing the blown cloud of smoke towards it.

...I'm just now seeing this, but it's always more than alright for you to stay here with me, babe. I /want/ you here with me.

slips under their covers along with her fiance before scooting close to his side and snuggles, leaning her head over to press soft kisses to his cheek.

crawls onto the bed and collapses with a noise akin to tiredness.

@❀ kim chaewon He had just finished the latest editing to his ongoing list of Chaewon trivia when the ever pleasant sound of her voice broke through the room. His attention snaps and his phone falls for arms to automatically embrace his beloved from where he's still sat, squeezing tightly with flowing mutual happiness that in turn broadens his positive painted expression. Behind it there are provoked giggles of adore to the whiny shift in the younger's voice amidst the repetitive kisses she delivers to his cheek. He runs a hand up and down her back in a loving rub.
" There's my girl. Hey, sweetheart. I missed you, too. Severely, I should add. "
In the same fashion he exchanges his own multitude of cheek kisses with his eyes at one point glancing at the couple of numerous gifts still untouched on the living room table. A reasonably easy overlook on her part, for it was safe to say that only each other was at the forefront of their minds. He begins to help his lover acknowledge the gifts by sweetly speaking close to her ear, motioning his head at the bouquet firstly.

@☀︎ matty healy She’s finally able to make her way home and knowing that Matty would be there in wait for her had her excited and giddy. When she walks in she’s greeted by the familiar smell of their shared home, every time she comes home she just feels the weight of the world lifting from her shoulders and soon she’d be reunited with the one person that /is/ her world. Chaewon heads towards the living room, the moment her head peeks in and sees her fiance sitting on the couch. “Matty!!” the young woman dashes towards the person called out. She doesn’t notice anything else for the time being as she had a one track mind and being able to see her love and be in his arms around was what she wanted the most. Chaewon’s throwing herself into Matty as he’s sat down, arms wrapped around his neck as she clings tightly and close to his body. “I missed you so darn much..” she says with a small whine, pressing small kisses to the side of his cheek

@❀ kim chaewon Thumbs make productive work across his phone’s screen as he- both literally and figuratively- sits in anticipation on the living room sofa. A pre-existing smile portraits his features, any minute now his fiance is going to walk in so he can present her the fresh bouquet of lilac and purple aster, her favorite color and newest favorite flower, complemented by a scattering of daisies, his first known favorite flower of hers. Its vased in it’s thoughtfulness next to a soft, unidentified, purple tissue paper covered gift, both sat on the coffee table in front of him. Little would Chaewon know that those are only half of his romantic bringings. For a few monthly anniversaries now, regardless of his busy schedule, he’s felt as if he’s fallen short on his appreciation for the mark of their relationship. It’s never intentional and he knows his partner doesn’t ask for much, particularly in terms of material gifts, but he’s a man with an agenda; do not ever treat the love of your life less than she is deserving. Especially not on their love’s special day.

He hasn’t gone over the top, but he’s assured in his make up for what was opinionatedly lackluster.

@❀ kim chaewon for the remaining duration that he gets to gaze at his lady's admirable features he hums in casual agreement to her remark, knowing well that there'd be no downside to her taking advantage in spurring his libido whilst already bottomed out. the mere thought turns him on, but at this time he keeps his innermost ual urges in check. if his lover were to taunt him even while in present little spoon position, however, he just might cave. the closeness of their flushed forms paired with the awareness of their exposed lower halves practically against one another, that poses as enough of a threat. nonetheless he has set intentions; with Chaewon having manually moved one of his arms over her figure he focuses on using the other to line himself up with her entrance, incidentally brushing the tip across it just as he goes to press a few kisses to her shoulder, mumbling in between.
Can't argue with facts.
slowly and with careful consideration he slips inside her, sighing at the feeling of pleasure that the warm tightness of her walls bring to his sheathed .

@☀︎ matty healy with where he sits she wasn’t able to see his face, though she didn’t mind the view if his back as it was something she enjoyed, his words make her chuckle in which she nods silently in response with a little grin; she would indeed if she were on top it was just irresistible.
I mean.. I don’t see what’s wrong with that. If anything I’m sure your ing us both to sleep sounds like we’d have a great nights rest, don’t you think?
she questions with a little grin, when he comes closer she’s content despite the teasing behavior, turning around to face the other direction and she scoots herself back until she’s flush at his chest, bringing one of his arms over her stomach and hugging his arm against her chest.

@❀ kim chaewon the idea of being inside her purely to connect their bodies without the involvement of keenly sat on his mind for awhile. it could be mutually agreed upon that there's no better way to break in the cold front than to intimately share one another's body heat under the covers. he's biting an anticipatory smile as he's kindly led to his and Chaewon's shared bed, having noted her singular oversized attire that could've hinted at cloaked bareness. he, himself, had been comfortably dressed down in the usual plain colored shirt and sweatpants, the latter soon coming off as he sits on the edge of his side of the mattress, responding to his prepared lover via an over the shoulder glance, grinning cheekily.
And it's a good thing i'm not wearing underwear. Reckon it would be, how should I say, safer? To spoon? For all I know you could get on top and start teasing me with that tantalizing body of yours. I'd have to us both to sleep then.
after eliciting a light series of chuckles he proceeds to join his lady underneath the sheets, facing her direction with an arm propped up under his head.

@☀︎ matty healy chaewon takes a hold of Matty’s hand and begins to lead him toward their bed, she leads them both; dressed in nothing else but an oversized shirt. when she sees their spacious mattress she smiles to herself before deciding the crawl under the covers first, her head popping up at where the pillows are located, umber orbs looking over at her fiance with a little grin.
It’s a good thing I decided not to wear any to bed tonight, how do you want to do this? Do you want me on top or should I be spooned while I cockwarm you?

he jests with a small chuckle, slightly tightening his hold on his lover's frame while he dips his head to her neck and begins to cover the area with slow, appreciative kisses.

@☀︎ matty healy his warmth is quick to seep against her and makes her body go lax, thankfully his arm secured her close to him and so she begins to gently nuzzle her cheek against his. pink tiers form into a tender smile from being able to hold her fiance and to be held by him in return.
What if I said I want to keep you here? Would you then have no choice but to stay? Heh.
