The east is dependant on smuggling and selling drugs for money. This is good because of how fruitful the business is monetarily, plus, they learned that drugs can be used against other gangs. Through the money they earn, the East is able to hide behind clever means. Their weakness: the east can't always defend themselves in fights. Because they hide behind money, they buy weapons and use those as their "defense."

They are cold-blooded killers but they are solitary. They like to roam alone. When they are together, they are like family though. It's touching. Weakness: lack of teamwork. Also, if one of their members are hurt or killed, they become vengeful. Very emotionally driven.
