This is the bottom floor apartment. This apartment, with it's many grey tones, is somewhat relaxing and a calming place to be. It includes a home office which may be found useful for people who need a quiet space to work, whether it be you're designing new clothes or marking a student's work to even just enjoying quiet hobies such as reading.
