*puts the left over to the side*
*chops where the onion is still intact as a whole*
*cuts it in sides* *chops it professionally and minces it until you rarely see a piece looking big*
there easy!
*puts it in the bowl*
now for garlic
*grabs 5 gloves of garlic
since we are using half of onion we need a right amount where it doesn't over power the onion or too little ...
now..to take off the skin easily
watch..
*takes one clove and smashes it with the side of the knife*
*easily peels off* just like that

now i'll teach you how to cut the onions and garlic and mince them quickly
*grabs the cutting bored and the big knife*
you might like do this quickly when it comes to the onion cos you'll get teary
*cuts the onion's skin of using the knife and quickly cuts it into half*
you like more onions rather than garlic?

[I think I'll put more onions than garlic :p Spam is that meat that comes on a can that looks like dog food right? lol. We don't actually have it here in brazil (at least i never saw it) so, do you think that I could use ham or something like it instead of spam? ><]

but do not cut it too small
get what i'm saying?

(LOL make sure to cook the spam first though and the egg...oh and when you're about too cook the fried rice..make sure to really cook it first, it is better for beginners...then when you actually begin cooking it..cut like the amount of the onion you'd like and mince and add the right amount of garlic. Usually i put a lot of garlic and a bit of onions to add that yummy taste for the rice.)

@Victoria ( LOL xD good luck~ i can't really teach if i'm not there physically...and a simple fried rice is just spam and egg with garlic and onion... and some soy sauce)

well i never tried making it with corn and it be interesting to taste
lets experiment with it since it can be various of ingredients
