Some, they ran away from everyone, seeking for shelter as a creature. This mansion of destinies had been the perfect place to where you would feel loved, protected, pleasure and sometimes, pure ecstasy that will loose your mind. However, sometimes, you would be punished if you break the rules. You'll be in torture if you disobey. That pleasure will turn to pain or both will be at once. Shh... Keep it a secret, my dear creatures...

Here is the rules and application form layout above. I kind of showed you how I made the format look like, but feel free to touch it up to your liking. As for the application form, I just made it up randomly to fill in space. XD So, I guess you can edit that to what your requirements are for that part. :) Well I'm done! I hope you like it. I'm not sure if it really catches the "angst" title, but I tried my best to make it look angsty.

tips: - do not try to adjust the margins of the pictures and lines, I had already adjusted them so that it will look like how it should after saving.
- it may look funny when you edit, but it'll look fine after saving
- font size is 12 usually
- colour palettes used are 'whisper sharp' + '008'
- use RAW paste code for both layouts!
