MOVING NOTICE: Thanatos is to be renovated. Instead of revamping, the admins have decided on creating a new roleplay. It will be under the same name, but many things will have been changed.

Jieun was lonely and bored since she never really tried to make friends when she got to the academy. She wanted to go explore even if it was dangerous to go off campus alone seeming as she wasn't very powerful. She walked behind the academy and saw a forest. She stood there and looked into the forest but she couldn't see anything. she decided to take a closer look and wandered into the forest not second guessing her decision. She felt as if she belonged here it was dark and creepy but to her it was nice and serene. She continued to walk not fearing the potential dangers inside.

@Seohyun Kaeun was startled but kept it to herself, making sure the other female couldn't see. Polite? Kaeun had never been asked to be polite- In fact, Kaeun was natrually avoided and never corrected of mistakes.
"I see no reason to identify myself... And you must feel the same way" Kaeun said with the same amount of expression as before.
Kaeun automatically assumed the female felt the same way, not understanding how a person would want to introduce themself to a stranger in a thick forest at night.

She looked at the girl, seemingly younger than her, she could say so since she'd probably be one of the oldest among the student here. IT wasn't the she felt seniority over the girl, but she probably had been here longer than her as well, considering she hadn't seen her around the school before. Not that she associated with many in the first place, but she knew familiar faces. She wasn't one of them.
Seohyun took no offence to the ice in her words, she was the same way, of course and simply tilted her head with an impassive face. She wasn't so harsh anymore, this was a more recent development, but she really didn't have as much reason to. She knew her allies and friends as well as her abilities

"Isn't the polite thing to do, introducing yourself first?"

@Seohyun To the sound of footsteps, Kaeun turned towards the sound and stared until a female walked out of the dark. (I'm assuming that's what you meant when you said walked into a tree... xD) "Who are you." Kaeun demanded, the words coming out unintentionally cold. Her eyes examined the female who seemed as if she had been in Thatnos much longer than Kaeun. In her old school Kaeun used to be both feared and mocked for always being an outcast- Here in the new school she was in, Kaeun just blended in. Kaeun was treated like everyone else, but she wasn't sure she particularly enjoyed it. Being feared- Kaeun was used to that. Seeing the female standing in front of her inwardly surprised Kaeun. If this was like before, the female would have left. Left, in fear of being caught with the outcast. Loner. Still, Kaeun enjoyed being alone. She didn't like the company of other people. Because of this, Kaeun could trust almost no one and lacked a large amount of social skills. That was just who she was.

@Ka-eun Seohyun looked ahead to hear the voice of a girl somewhere among the trees that surround them. She wasn’t exactly surprised of a presence, just surprised it turned out to be human. Not that she’d ever encounter anything in the forest not human....yet. Still, most people didn’t venture into the forest, let alone this deep in the woods. She probably wouldn’t have in the chance of getting lost forever but with new-found abilities it made her horrible sense of direction completely irrelevant now.
She really didn’t want to deal with anyone though. She looked up and teleported there, still a bit curious as to who might this stranger be. Seohyun saw the figure of a person come in to clear as she came through the leaves, it wasn’t close enough to get a good view of her considering her position, but she didn’t seem to really pose any harm, or any immediate hard that was. She dropped a rock that she had earlier pick up before coming into the tree

@Seohyun Kaeun heard a crunch of twigs and fallen leaves being stepped on. She looked around in alarm, hoping it wasn't danger while mentally chiding herself for not bringing a weapon. "Who is it?" She spoke clearly, surprised herself that there didn't seem to be fear in her words. Kaeun listened carefully for any other sounds, guessing whoever it was was a human. "Hello?" Kaeun called out as she shivered, not because of the crisp wind that blew but because of the echo of her voice ringing through the forest.

@Ka-eun The forest, by far, was now the place where she loved the most. She basically had no reason to fear it anymore, not when she had no chance of getting lost within the deep branches of the forest. She really had nothing better to do at this point anyways. Her friends, well....did she really have anyways? Had all gone to do better things than being with her at the moment. She knew she was a lonely soul, but maybe that was changing? She could feel it in her that it was....a bit a most, but some better than none. Maybe it was the fact that she found part of her childhood again. Nothing was going to take a 360 turn over night but degree by degree, she could turn out less cynical
Her footsteps crunched on a twig on the ground, she was already deep in the forest due to her abilities, it made getting lost in the wood scent and breeze a lot easier. At peace as she was, she could now hear another being within the woods along with her. She wasn’t worried but it still poked her consciousness to know what it was and if it threatened her peacefulness

Bored in her new school, Kaeun wandered around the edges of the school campus. However, when Kaeun got to a small forest, the peacefulness drew her in and she walked in without a care. Small pufts of winds pushed at her as if they were telling her not to enter. Despite knowing she could get hurt, Kaeun walked on. It was better than doing nothing.
As she walked farther and farther in, the forest got thicker and thicker, more trees came into sight, seeming to stretch miles ahead.

Ailee walked pass the milded dark forest, ignoring the punctuation given out by a flock of birds, she kept her pace and sat on an old looking bench.

Kai yawns and looks at Suho with half-lidded eyes. "It wouldn't be fair to fight with me. I'm not yet that powerful." He takes one last step forward and the wind follows, non too gently but rough, powerful and strong- and in a blink of an eye, he's gone.

He's back in the tree branch, eye closed and resting again.

"You need not know it."

He took in every detail of the man before him: his obsidian hair and charcoal eyes, pale lips and tanned skin. "What you need to know though, is that I'm trying to spend time alone. So please, if you need anything from me, get on with it and be gone." Suho shoved his hands inside his pockets, his weight shifted, ready for motion if ever the other would start attacking.

He shows himself, taking a lazy step forward and tiredly rubbed his eye, and chuckled at his answer. "By scent? What kind of an animal are you, a dog?" He stayed in his spot and looked at him from a distance. "I don't know your name."

He scoffed. "Don't generalize. I pick up books by their scent." [No, srsly, in real life, I do] He stopped on his tracks and turned around. Now that Kai was on ground, he could at least sense the location of the presence.

He hummed, and jumped down 14 ft below, landing soundlessly and letting the wind slow down his fall. "Well, we do pick out books from how they look." He shrugged. "Everyone judges everyone." He leaned on the tree and follows Suho with his eyes, still blending in with the shadows.

He stopped again. It was the same voice. "Well, Kai." He whispered. He assumed that he would hear him anyway. "Looks can be deceiving." He resumed walking.

Letting a chuckle escape his lips, he whispers, "What brings you here..?" and lets it ring into Suhos' ears. "You don't look like one who would enjoy solitude..." He let his feet dangle and swung it to and fro, looking down below at the older, amused at how heavy his steps were. Was he easily pissed?


Kai would love to try.

The wind picked up speed it the most unnatural way - controlled. He stopped walking and waited for the gush to dissipate. As it did, he tweaked a few strands of his hair until he thought it looked okay and continued forward. Whatever this wind controller needed, he wouldn't know and he didn't want to know. He just wanted to be left alone. This time though, every step he took, was louder and heavier, implying that he knew that he was being watched.

Like a cat, Kai's ears picked up the cracking leaves being stepped on, and his wind being bent by a form. Opening his eyes bit, he looked down to see the guy- the guy who he told his name to. A smirk appeared on his lips as he stared at the guy, blending in with nature as usual. An illusionist, as they say. A conman. A cunning bastard. He gently made the wind a bit stronger, enough to make the guy's hair messy.

[OTL I just got here and here I am again!]

He didn't know why he decided to come back here albeit his previous encounter with what he assumed to be a fire manipulator. Maybe it was how the sun didn't really show up or how the breeze play with trees like piano keys, leaves singing in chorus into a disturbing lullaby, or maybe how the whole place jumped at him with so much life. He didn't bother to conceal his steps. If he would have more encounters, he would gladly take them, even if it meant his demise. The leaves crunched under the pressure of his feet as he walked aimlessly.

Feet silent yet again, and Kai sped up a tree, branch by branch until he's high enough not to be disturbed. He looked up at the cloudy, grey sky and closed his eyes, just listening to the wind blow. It was January- one of the coldest months, yet he was only wearing such a thin jacket. Lips pale and senses sharp, he tries to relax on the tree branch.

The trance broke when he lets go. She smiled, yes, that was her intentions. She knew that he would soon fly away our of her ignorance. She was never going to tell him who she was. Doesn't he know every girl is taught about stranger danger? Ailee chuckled alone before heading up behind the boy, slowly following him from the back. She knew he knows her footsteps leading from the back.

The twigs starts to twitch after she steps on a few, she eyed the green surroundings around her before tugging her hands by her side.

He rolled his eyes at her, finally finding this boring. Letting go of her, he walked away. The sphere of water that he was maintaining lost form and showered the ground. "You're no fun," he said. One, he needed to let off steam; Two, she was really getting into his nerves; and three, if he's right about her being a fire manipulator then he would need to get away from her before he could seriously hurt her.

The girl's breath hitched in sight when she felt her arm was slightly pulled backwards, she wasn't prepared for what to come when she opened her eyes to bare the surprise attack but soon revealed where her face was closely shoved by the male. Her smile fades as soon as she eyed the cold steaming eyes wondered in the others eyes. Interesting is what she thought at first.

"You're not leaving," He grabbed hold of her wrist as she pass by. "Nobody." Pulling her, he turned to face her, tips of their noses touching. He smirked. "Wanna die?" His grip tightened around her wrist. He didn't like how she acted and her aura smelled of fire, as indicated by his foresight ability. He didn't like the fire. 'Ignis,' he thought. He kept the smile on his face though and emanated eeriness and evil. Fire killed his sister.

@Suho Ailee tried her best not to chuckle at the others words. Sure the sentence was inhuman of him to say so, she was a girl with doubts and severe anxiousness, she was in the woods for Christ sake. She took a spare glance to the front looking at the boy before chuckling again in the process, letting her soft voice squeaking in the green forest. She eyed the back of the boy, hat was the only way out of this conversation.
"Let's just say I'm a nobody, huh?" With that she walked away pass the boy with a smirk splattered all over her face. She took a slight glance at the boy. His looks looked intimidating but other than that he looked straightly good looking. Ailee smiled and this time, it was the real smile that formed off her lips.
