Two bed (must have a roomate, either two singles/doubles or bunk beds): 150pts/each
Queen bed: 450pts
Studio apartment: 600pts
One bedroom: 800pts
Two bedroom: 1250pts
Option 2: You buy it now with what you have, and I collect the rest in two weeks. If you don't have enough, your room gets taken away until you can pay it off.
