Vampires; this is about their kind. The problems with Vampires, well at least some of them, is that they are simply Cold Hearted. Malicious when need be and most even wishing ill will on others. Despite these facts, some are usually quite calm and down to earth. Theres a good and bad in every place, race, belief, being, and thing. Even though a being may believe perfection in what path they choose and who they are naturally. Overall saying that anything can choose the wrong path because its most certainly possible.
Well, onto the Real story. There has recently been an uprising from a group of Vampires. For now they are completely unknown and do not carry a wish to reveal themselves, leaving them as anonymous. So this anonymous group desires a complete separation between the Border that Separates the Realm of the Elves and that of the Vampires. They are Rebellious and sadistic, but do not believe so. Their means is to track down ones that have any sort of friendship or relation with any Elves. Usually hiding themselves in alley ways; any place near the borders (so they can catch the unexpecting Vampires); and sometimes around the houses of ones they find utterly suspicious.
News flashes on Tv screens blind Vampires and Elves with horrid pictures of Deaths that occur and yet the gruesome slaughter continues. The simple killings they perform are just as simple as sticking a syringe in the victims neck and stabing them with a wooden stake, while carving the words "no name, no shame" into the chest. This is quite dreadful if a Female is a victim. Recently, the worst that they had ever happened, was a commotion/block on a highway that took Vampires near the border. First Eating the Innocent creatures until their bones glistened in the moonlight, then shooting down all the police in said area. Fortunately they don't do that often it was the first time they had revealed their appearance to the public. Surprisingly so, you can still save yourselves from these savage beasts. These group members each have a black tattoo under their eye in the shape of a crack. Such as a crack in the ground after an earth quake causing separation. Representing their reason to have created said group in the first place. This group has no shame and no name, and that is all the information that the emergency broad casts can provide at the moment other than what was informed above. They don't have a name, but so many anti's have managed to produce a couple names for them. Revolting with their picket signs over the Tv screens since some of them were family to the Victims.
Why don't they harm the Elves you ask? Or why don't they cross the border themselves to Defeat the hated creatures themselves?
They are simply afraid. The fear they hold against the unknown power each Elf posses, takes them into a deep phobia that their entire group would be wiped off the face of the earth and no one would survive to continue the name with no shame. They don't care much about going across since they can torture their own kind who defy their rules, but the Elves are concerned for their own safety. They don't seem to overthink their powers and how much of an advantage they would have, but most of them have a meaning of peace. They refuse to fight, but are alright with the fact that none barge into their realm so they do not find the need too defend.

Primary objectives;
►Make sure you speak to other Role Players about this issue; or even better.. experience one.
►Do not get Killed! I said no Killing what-so-ever; I mean what afterwards? would you RolePlay as a dead person?
►Create Names (if you prefer to call them anonymous then be my guest) for the group.
►Make sure the Elves are involved in the issue; However many there are.
(Keep in mind, that I will most likely be posting random issues and gossip and whatnot just to keep ideas flowing; I don't want replies to turn into the usual; going to a club or coffee shop since people seem to doze off on those.)
►I didn't say you can't add more to your background if something important occurs in your life, such as losing ity or getting ; labeling whoever did certain things to you that left an impression on your life. Your definitely welcome/encouraged to do so, but just don't change the childhood background and such. And how this relates to this post? Well, maybe one of the Annonymous Vampires killed someone you cherished in life (not including rpers) or maybe your poor neighbor became a victim. Be creative, it could have been a puppy even that decided he'd cross the border one day. awww... :'( or maybe you became a victim of from a hungry for lust Anonymous Vamp.
