One. BE ACTIVE. Ey. Inactivity's set for 14 days. So equivalent to 2 weeks. If you're inactive, you get 3 warnings and you're kicked-out.
Two. BE FRIENDLY. Do not bash the other tenants and make friends!
Three. NO FACE-CHASING. Or any other negative traits. Please Like I said, make friends with the people here. If I see someone being biased or whatsoever, I'm gonna eat you.
Four. Goddess Seororo. DESIRED CHARACTER'S NOT IN THE MASTERLIST? Just comment below: "*Character name* of *group* will be renting a unit."
Five. LEAVING? GOING ON HIATUS? PM the admins! That is not a problem!
