001 Read the rule and ask the admin if something is unclear
002 check the masterlist to see if the character you desire is
aviable
003 Apply like this:

Group/Ulzzang/Solo: (ex: 2NE1)

004 Wait till you get approved. After that your character will be
reserved for three days. So make your account within that
time.
005 When youre done add the admin and request to join the
groups.
