about us: 

daisies is a rated 21+ only non-au roleplay that is focused on friendships and hook-ups. we put the emphasis on the friends in friends with benefits! this roleplay was created to welcome spring with a rated non-au where we can freely flirt with our friends and enjoy a carefree experience on the site. we hope everyone is able to enjoy their time in this roleplay no matter how long or short their stay may be! 

rules:

1. favorite the roleplay before reserving your character! please comment their full name, occupation/group, and age.

2. users and face claims must be over 21 to join. we now accept all international faceclaims as long as they're in the entertainment industry, including influencers! influencers must be easily searchable or have 100k+ followers on social media.

all reservations last for 48 hours, or until the admins remember to take your reservation out of the masterlist. 

for part one of the password, please tell me a fun fact about yourself ooc that will reveal your age (ex. the year you graduated high school, your first game console, your latest medical procedure, the year you joined rpr and the roleplays you were in, etc.).

second characters are permitted with an upvote and third characters are permitted with an ad blog. please follow this link for what must be on an ad blog to count toward your third character. fourth characters permitted after one week of joining the roleplay with another ad blog. fifth characters are permitted after you have been in the roleplay for a month and create an ad blog.

3. ooc discussions in the ic chat is highly discouraged, as well as one-on-one discussions that leave no room for others to jump in. this includes: mentioning events that happened in outside roleplays, venting about ooc issues, flirting exclusively with each other and not engaging in conversation with anybody else, and discussing incredibly personal details in the main chats.

ooc is fine in ic chats as long as brackets are used to indicate that the conversation is ooc. however, if the ooc conversation becomes over a page long, please move to the ooc room!

admins will call you out publicly if we find any ooc in ic chats or exclusivity happening. however, please don't take this personally! these warnings are a public reminder for everyone and we admins are guilty of breaking our own rules once in a while as well. feel free to call us or others out! you can do this by using the safephrases "achoo, you're giving me love allergies!" or "you're trampling my daisies right now" to indicate an immediate change in topic in the room. vote for your favorite safephrase for part two of the password. 

4. relationships are highly discouraged in this roleplay to minimize bubble roleplaying and exclusivity. please reiterate this for part three of the password. this roleplay revolves around friendships and hook-ups and it would defeat the purpose of the roleplay to have half the roleplay in relationshps. we will not kick you out of the roleplay for falling in love, but feel free to move any relationships that may blossom to private roleplays or roleplays that accept move-in couples! congratulations in advanced to couples who graduate from this roleplay together!

5. the inactive sign will show up after 15 days of no activity. there will be monthly activity checks at the end of the month that will last a week to ensure, at bare minimum, you're still logging into your account. if, by the end of the activity check, you still have an inactive sign on your character, you will be kicked for inactivity. 

the activity check won't be anything difficult, so there will be chances that other users may become frustrated with character hogging. however, these users have plenty of faceclaims to choose from, so don't worry about character hogging if you genuinely enjoy being here and wish to be more active once you have the time!

if you find that you've been kicked out of the roleplay due to inactivity, you are welcome to return the following weekend. if you wish to return sooner, please discuss this with the main admin. their user pms are open at all times.

6. please treat each other with respect and kindness. we ask that you all respect each other's boundaries and privacy in character and out of character. please do not drag others into ic drama without notice and avoid god-modding and metagaming as well! 

if you happen to be redirected to a couple getting frisky in rooms, you didn't see anything. if you are writing threads with sensitive topics that may trigger others, please consider putting a trigger warning at the beginning of your post. and if you have beef with each other outside of the roleplay, please do not bring it inside this roleplay. explicit content (not images or videos) are allowed in rooms marked mature only.

ooc drama will not be tolerated and all parties may be kicked from the roleplay until all conflicts have been resolved. if you find that there is a user who is breaking the rules in any way, please contact the main admin with evidence and we will take care of the issue as we find best fit.
