Rules

Marriage is not allowed.

Vampires and werewolves can only enter "special" relationships.

Vampires can only the blood of ONE person. This person is their "Bonded". They can do the sideways hokey-pokey with whoever they want, but if they the blood of anyone that is not their Bonded then they will become very sick. Because of this, vampires are very careful about who they bond with. They usually survive off the blood of animals and if they do drink from humans they do not want to bond with, they kill them to terminate that bond. If a vampire bonds with someone then later meets someone else they want to bond with, well that's just too damn bad. When someone is bonded to a vampire, whereever the vampire bit them, those bite marks will NEVER go away, unless the bond is broken.

**If a human is bitten by a vampire, but the vampire does not drink their blood then they will turn into a vampire. If the vampire drinks from that human, they will become bonded OR the vampire will get very sick (depends on if the vamp is already bonded to someone or not). THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN OFTEN BECAUSE A VAMPIRE HAS A HARD TIME CONTROLING THEMSELVES. ALL BLOOD TASTES GOOD TO THEM, EVEN THE BLOOD OF PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT BONDED TO. IF A VAMPIRE BITES YOU, IT IS HARD FOR THEM TO NOT DRINK YOUR BLOOD.
If a human wants to turn into a vampire or a vampire wants to turn a human, they must first get the permission of the High Council.

Werewolves can have "mates". Werewolves tend to keep their mates close to them, because they feel their mates pain. Werewolves mate for life, so if a werewolf mates but later finds their "love at first sight", too flippin' bad. Unlike the vampires, however, a werewolf is not soully bound to their mate. They can screw with whoever they want and their mate can't do jack-crap about it. IF A WEREWOLF BITES SOMEONE, THEY BECOME THEIR MATES. WEREWOLVES...DO NOT BITE RANDOM PEOPLE OR I WILL JAB YOU IN THE . Once a werewolf has mated with someone, those bite marks will never go away, unless the mate-ship (?) is broken. If a werewolf bites someone that is not their mate, nothing will happen.
**Just like vampires, if a werewolve wants to turn a human, they must first get the permission of the High Council.

Demons can only enter a relationship with one person. Once a demon has "printed" on this person, they become "Merged". DEMONS BECOME MERGED WITH SOMEONE IF THEY EXCHANGE BLOOD. For example, if a demon drinks someone's blood and then that person drinks their blood, then they will be "Merged". After merging with someone, a mark will apear on that person.

Angels are very pure, so they are careful about who they place their "seal" on. An angel is the only race that can technically be in a "special relationship" with more than one person (no more than two). For example, if a vampire drinks from an angel and they become bonded, an angel can still choose to place their "seal" on someone else, thus putting them in two relationships. Anything more than that is IMPOSSIBLE. HOWEVER, if two angels place their seal on each other, then a vampire/werewolf/demon can NOT bond/mate/merge with them. Also, if an angel has already placed their seal on someone, the same thing applies, that person cannot enter a "special relationship" with someone else. A demon/werewolf/vampire can only enter a "special relationship" with an angel that has not been sealed on OR placed their seal on someone. An angel can place their seal on someone already in a "special relationship". Unlike all the other races, there is no requirement for an angel. They can place their seal on anyone they want. A seal is a visable mark.

**THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE HEAD ANGEL. THE HEAD ANGEL IS THE ONLY ONE WITH THE POWER TO BREAK/UNDO BONDEDS, MATES, MERGED,  and SEALED. THEY CAN ONLY BE BROKEN IF BOTH PEOPLE AGREE TO IT.

THE HEAD ANGEL HAS NOT BEEN DECIDED YET. 
The Head Angel will be apart of the High Council.
