4. You may not apply as King or Queen. Kings and Queens will be chosen by their citizens. I will appoint one King and one Queen each Kingdom!
5. Kings, Queens, Princes, and Princess deemed unworthy of their positions will be stripped of their authority and return to being normal citizens.

9. Do not bash each other in OOC, but drama IC is unavoidable and understandable. Please though, if you have any problems with a player and not the character, speak to an admin.
