welcome to toshima, 18 years after wwIII. there is no order, no government, just "the game". layers kill each other for the right to challenge the reigning 'king" of toshima. collect ten dog tags (every player gets one) and you earn that right.

the setting of this role-play uses "the game" as a background, and focuses on the experience of living in a city ruled by "the game". you can choose to be an active player and strive to rule it all, or to focus on trying to survive "the game".

the man who oversees "the game" is known as the manager. you do not need to obey him, he is just an administrator, an observer. however, should you displease him or break the rules of "the game", he will send the executioner to you.

all residents of toshima were either born in the city, joined it by will or commited a crime and after being sentenced to death or life in prison, were offered the alternative of being sent to join "the game".

once you are in toshima, you are never getting out.

1. character death is allowed. if your character has died. after death you can 'restart' with the same or a different face-claim.
2. , mutilation and angst is allowed if all parties consented.
3. god-modding is strictly forbidden.
4. for now, asian face-claims only.
5. inactivity sets in after 7 days.
6. no one-liners, no two-liners and no three-liners. four lines and up, only. if you are not accustomed to writing like that (or in 3rd pov), i encourage you to join anyways. the more you write, the better you'll become.
7. please be understanding of noob 3rd pov role-players.
8. no with underage characters! (unless both characters are underage.)
9. the password is togainu no chi.
