tis 6.30am on a workday and I haven't gone to sleep yet

this has been going on for weeks now

 

while typing this, I'm thinking about how I should do sth about it and not just whine......

if this has been happening for week, I’d recommend you to talk to your doctor, it is likely a case of Melatonin deficiency, which is something we have in our body and what naturally cause us to feel sleepy and fall asleep.
let your doctor prescribe it for you, and hopefully you will get some sleep again :)

oh no and this has been happening for weeks? Has anything changed that could make you restless or stressed out that you can't sleep?

and you are allowed to vent. maybe you can see a doctor, who knows if it can be some brain stuff (NOT SCARY THINGS) I know someone who their brain has a problem shutting down properly, something along those lines
