III
❝Innocents. Killers. Uneasily distinguished, impossible to separate. For these beings are purely mortal yet so effortlessly deceiving, as they swarm the streets of this town in large numbers. All human. All sinful. They swarm this earth with no burden to bear, no memories of ghosts. No quantifiable properties dress their bare figure, the greatest feat their fingertips could manifest being the destruction of mankind.❞
What about those killers? They are reborn, oblivious to their crimes. They are powerless like the other innocents around them. Can they still be held responsible for their actions from another life? How will they react upon discovering their previous wrongs?
TldR: Anyone that doesn’t have powers is responsible for someone’s brutal end or is completely innocent. Whether a character has powers or not will be based on a dice roll.
